I hate more than anything to mess up since I'm a perfectionist at heart. I luv being successful at recovery rather its not cutting/ or me going thru my Ana/Mia cycles I hate the fact that I can't control my emotions or I let things get to me to the point of hurting myself. I wonder if at times is it worth to fight to try to stop because failure feels worst than when I actually harm myself I know sounds backwards but that's how I feel. Just feel like giving up

Don't give up!!! Its hard to give up our coping skills, it takes along time to retrain the brain. Its good that you feel disappointment in yourself, when you do it because it means you really want to stop but it takes time. I have stopped for 2 years. It took me along time to get where i am at now but I haven't had counseling for it, so I still have the desire to harm myself but I fight to not. One day you will look back at yourself and say WOW I did it!! Don't be so hard on yourself, it takes time. Be safe and take care.

Controlling emotions is very difficult if not impossible. Are you talking to your therapist about these emotions and talking to your T about things that are bothering you?

Don't give up on being a perfectionist.
To seek perfection is a good thing when you can see a positive result.
Sometimes we get distracted from our goals, that's the brains way of saying 'keep focused'.Focus on loving you're goals, then when we score our goals the rewards are fantastic.
I hope this helps.
Take Care.
