I've not been hurting myself in any form for a year now.The last 4 days I've felt like harming myself. It's hard because I did that for 20 years. There is some stress in my life, but it's not like I had before.I hope that I can keep myself on the right track. It does help some to get my feelings out ,alot of people don't understand where you are coming from.I hope that I can keep myself together and not let thoughts control me and keep taking one day at a time instead of "hours"at time.

well, holy, sure you can.

I mean, you are doing it right now, so I think you can keep doing it. Try to think in small time periods, its easier to not do it for an hour than it is to think of not doing it for aweek. and congratulate yourself each time you make it Afraid Of Going Back To .....

fill your time in, go visit friends and relatives, go to the cinema, do anything that takes up your time and your with people, and the days will just fly by.

Welcome too PC Holy!
WOW....first you need to give yourself credit for being SI free for such a period of time! I am so sorry you are going through so much right now at this time. I think living a day at a time is a good way too view things because today will be yesterday and tomorrow will be a new day. Please feel free to post when you feel the need to get things out. It is only human that we have the need to release our stress and this forum is a very healthy way of doing it and getting support.
HUGS
