What's triggering you to cut? Cutting won't solve your problems, it will only make them worse.
Please don't cut yourself. It's great that you've been able to resist cutting. You can keep it up. I think it's great how you recognize that you're making excuses. There are no good excuses to cut.

Im okay for now, but going back to work and taking knives. I work at Subway, sammich shop, not the trains. We've got too many knives, about 100...so every few months they give them away and we take them home..so I'll get some then, and then I dont know....

I hope you made it through the rest of the night without cutting. I am sorry you are feeling so bad that you . think you need to. Please try and be safe. I know how hard that can be sometimes.

Well I didnt cut, so thats good, but I found a different way to hurt myself now, and thats not good.

That's the way it seems to go sometimes. We have to cope somehow, so if we don't do one thing, we'll find something else. The trick is to stop using coping mechanisms that don't solve the problem and have the potential to make things worse, and instead to be proactive and deal with what is making you feel bad in a productive way. That could be by talking about it, or maybe you can get an idea how you could make it better.
