I've been exercising instead. It's working for now. Fingers crossed that it keeps working.

I think it's been exactly two weeks today. No more urges since then. Or there were urges, but I no more fall for them. I don't know why, something has changed since the last cut, which was too deep and now there is very ugly deep scar on my wrist for the rest of my life.
But these days I'm painting all day long, so it maybe helps me vent out and cope with triggers. |
