waiting for my T appt today i couldn't help myself - well i probably could have...i didn't want to. i wanted that calm. i do feel more calm now - just a little shaky.

thank you all!
the pain on my stomach where i si'd is pretty intense. why am i doing this? it stings so bad i dont know which forum i posted about showng my med doc tomorrow - but i think i am he'll be in the office from noon-7pm even as i sit here in physical pain from what i've already done....i still want to hurt myself more i dont understand

i'm very scared today to tell my dr, but i'm determined to make myself do it don't know what's going to happen just sad 'n scared today
