except for slimfast bars, and those just don't quite cut it. The mortgage company called and said they just realized that they can't give us the type of loan they were talking about, because the house is manufactured. (insert apprpriate words here) So either we double the downpayment (which isn't a possibility) or the house payment goes up at least $150. New house payment = approximately twice what the payments were on the old house, and we weren't quite making it as it was. Yeah, I already planned on getting a job, but now I'm picturing myself stuck in some dead-end job and having to keep working as the dream of finishing a useful degree just fades into the background.

Besides, now the old house is sold and this looks like delays, and we don't have a place to go, and there is nothing left for me to do here, besides packing, which is making me overwhelmed and lost. Pulled an all-nighter last night - looks like again tonight - hope I'm getting something done besides wandering around aimlessly.

Working on new SI method that really doesn't hurt, but leaves rather interesting marks. I'm generally feeling pretty destructive right now. Flies keep landing on me. Cool - smack! missed the fly - oh well

Not getting sleep is going to increase your anxiety. Are the all nighters of neccessity or because you can't sleep due to the anxiety?

Mostly trying to get something done. It's easier to work by myself, without worrying about what everyone else is doing and expects me to be doing, and calling me here and there to answer questions and help them. And I like night anyway. But I'm actually finding myself wandering from one box to another, starting to put things in, then deciding it would be easier to get into cleaning something, or maybe to take a nap for a few minutes. I'm the same in the daytime too.

Today my husband came back to help, and we had lots of running around to do, and I was on the phone quite a bit. I am really tired, so maybe we'll go to bed early (except the bedding is packed). We planned to load the truck tomorrow, but no truck has been turned in yet and may not until noon or so, and we might have to drive somewhere to pick it up. Everything is tending to work out, but just barely and not without some coaxing. This whole thing has gone so fast! A month ago I was hiking around Norway. One month after coming home we'll be moving into a new house in a new city, and it's all come together in that much time. Wouldn't mind being able to fast forward a little bit now though. It would be nice to be settled and have things put away, and be moving forward and not stuck in limbo.

Fuzzy, are you out there? Can I go hide in a corner of your cave until it's all over?
