((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((Griffe))))))))))))))))))))))))))))) Overwhelming emotions are so hard to deal with and you are using SI to cope with them. It is not stupid but very hard on you. Maybe you can try using some other coping skills when you feel so overwhelmed? If you have a t maybe you can work together to come up with some ideas. Please don't be so hard on yourself.

I know exactly how you feel ((((((Griffe))))))

There are ways to override these overwhelming feelings you know, even if it is temporary, you just have to find the right way to do so. Just keep trying to distract yourself, I know its hard when sometimes you might feel like reaching for the knife is the only way, but you have to remember that its not!

take care, babyg xXx
