I know that feeling. Can you look at the sticky on here with the lists of things to do instead of cutting? Maybe there is something there that will help. I know this will probably get deleted but this is my thinking right now and today- i am trying to fight it but i just want to share my feelings. Sorry if i upset anyone. I am just trying to tell you how i feel at this moment.
1. Infections........I can take care of them, I am good at it now. 2. Scars......I have plenty what is one more going to do. 3. Loss of blood......i want to see blood and feel the pain go. 4. Friends and family around you get hurt.....no one cares if i do it. 5. Death or hospital......yeah okay. 6. Waste of time .....not really it helps me. 7. Stealing (Like sharp objects that don't belong to you)....i do not steal anything i have been doing this long enought that i now have tools of the trade. 8. It's not easy to hide self harming....i do it all the time.

I so understand that feeling. ![]() What about this... can you change how you're feeling, maybe by writing it out? Listening to relaxing music, or something that allows you to vent (I like to listen to loud music when I'm feeling angry) ... what about going for a long walk... you'll be tired out by the time you get back home. Or watch a funny movie to get your mind off of things? I've done all those things... so maybe they'd help you? Be safe, you're worth it. We care.
