I actually thought I had written back to you last night, but I guess I just thought I did. Congratulations on calling your T, and I support your decision too. Glad you know he's there if you need him. And yes, I do think that you can handle this. We're here for you too, and you can always talk to us here about anything you need to (or just want to).

So cool tryin. I am happy you are feeling relieved from the chat with t. As for your dad, reach out to service organizations around you. Meals on wheels, home health nurses and aides etc. You will burn out eventually if you don't get more support.

Good for you and your therapist tryin, I am glad you got to talk to him.It has to be encouraging to have him support you this way. I am praying for you. Do what you need to do to keep yourself safe. Hugs.

Good for you Tryin! I'm glad you were able to talk to your T, and that you are in agreement on how to handle this. good wishes.

(my T knows I'm too depressed to discuss anything of value right now, so he just allowed the comment along with all the rest I've been saying. sigh. he knows best too. ;}

Sweet Crusader~ LOL Yeah I thought about that too when I said that . Glad you liked it so well!!Thanks for your support

Rapunzel~ Thanks so much for your support!! And encouragement too!!

Wisewoman~ Thanks also for your support. I have tried to talk about these options with my dad but he refuses them . I think its got alot to do with the pride thing that some men have. Sorry to the guys on this site, dont mean anything by that , just saying how my dad is ok?
But yeah ,I would welcome that help if he would agree to it.

Dalila~ It is wonderful to have such a great T!!! I have always felt he had my best interests at heart . Thanks for your prayers too!

SkyBdark~Thanks for your well wishes. Keep your chin up ok?

And Silver~ Advice given is well taken when and if you are ready to take it. I am glad to have you as a friend here. And I think when the time is right your gonna be ready to take your advice too. It may be hard for you to think about these things cause of all the stress you've been under. Give yourself some time to absorb it and something will come to that wonderful mind of yours.

I am so fortunate to have all of you to help me thru this and support me. Thanks so much from the bottom of my heart. And you know I have notice alot more of you have looked at this thread too , but were not able to post , but have given me support in chat, Thanks for that too!! Every little bit is important to me. I went the whole day today with out SIing.ANd I tell you the things that have worked for me today that are on your list Silver~ talking to friends, I shopped some more, Driving in between there too, playing music ~ that is something i love anyways~ And my nightly bubble bath. It was a matter I think of keeping my mind busy and out of trouble!! SO as far as I can tell, I think something here worked. At least it seemed so. I know this is the first of many days but I am taking it one day at a time here. Thanks again for your support everyone!!

Hugz~

Hey I only ask cause you always have to do dishes in chat. Thought I'd give you a head start. I cook? You must really be hallucinating there girl!!!! Oh no no no. Daughter spent a fortune on food today and plans to cook it all with her BRO's help. Getting on a scale is against my religion, and so is cooking. Cool religion huh? Glad to see you smiling.

<font color="green"> Seeing your post about the bubble bath reminded me of something I have used to avoid SI. When my kids were little I would carefully bathe them and then when they were clean and dry I would coat their bodies in baby lotion, it was important to me to keep their skin as nice as I possibly could. Soooo, I turned that around to myself after every bath I rub sweet smelling lotion over as much of me as I can reach. I have some that has sparkles too and I will rub that over the areas that I am most tempted to poke, scratch or cut. Later seeing the sparkle, feeling the soft skin and smelling the sweet scent reminds me that my skin is valuable too and should be kept as nice as I possibly can.

Well, my religion, I eat uncooked unprocessed food mostly. And the scale thing, well, that is like a sacrilege to caring for the body. Okay, so does this sound convincing?

Thank you Down~ I apprecitate it that you cared enough to post. That was so sweet of you. I hope I can beat it. I just thought I was doing so well . But I think I know what bothered me. And I think its cause I felt so bad about chat last night , Seems like someone in chat triggered me to the point that I had to let it out. And I dont like behaving like that. I know I can get sorta ornery at times. But to be so forward like I was , I dont like myself for it. Thanks again Bud for your reply and support. YOu are truely a great friend ~ I think I started SIing~

Do you have any way of distracting yourself? Getting out of the house, having a bath, something like that? Sorry you're feeling so down, tryin.
