Went to the dentist and got a temporary crown. Took caterpillar to get her glasses readjusted. Ate dinner with mom. Went to the store to get caterpillar lunch for her field trips.

Started cleaning the kitchen, got only so far as my dishwasher is being a poop-head and won't run properly GRRR and I either don't know how to use the self-cleaning feature on the oven, or it is'n't working either Double GRRRRR

So the dog and I went for a lovely walk. He gifted me with "2 bags full" and I was smart enough to put 2 baggies in my pocket before we left home. I'm searching the basement for a scrape of fabric I bought just special for making a pot holder for a friends birthday. I just don't know where I put it. another GRRRRR. But I'm happy inspite of all my Grrrs today.

Hope your day is going better than mine so far.
Thanks for this!

I finished my To Do list from Friday!! It had some pesky things on it that I didn't want to attend to (which is why it's taken me this long!!) It feels good to have finally ticked everything off!

I didn't do very many things right, but I also didn't do anything directly self-destructive.
Thanks for this!

I fiddled with the dishwasher AGAIN today and got it to run. I just don't get this dishwasher sometimes. It gets 'stuck' and won't go. Maybe like a lot of us here. LOL

I looked up a flower to see if it is a good one to let live in my garden. It's a keeper. Husker red or Red Husker or Husker's red, is popping up all over my side yard again this year. So it must be dug up and moved so I can kill off most of the rest of the weeds on the side.
Thanks for this!

Managed to get out of bed, talk with the local asperger's group about things they can do to help my son, and oversaw his homework.

However, I'm just KNACKERED.

Went to work for training. Stayed relatively calm when the tornado warning was issued. Went to dinner with my mom. Called my family to make sure they were safe and not affected by the tornados.

What did you do right today? (((((everyone))))) What did you do right today?

I got some work done. I finished my therapy homework assignment and went to Group Therapy/DBT. This evening I did an online tutorial to learn the features of my new camera (It feels like you need a math degree to understand how the different exposure setting work!! So many numerical settings and equations to take into consideration!! Maybe I'll just leave it in Auto mode!!! )

What did you do right today?

Well it was actually yesterday, but I did really well sparring in my karate classes. Sometimes I start thinking everyone is better than me and it affects how I fight, but it didn't.

Let's hope tonight's classes go the same...
Thanks for this!

I went to the pdoc's office with a written list of things to discuss and got thru it being rational, without crying or getting defensive. I came out of there calm for a change, satisfied with my "performance".
Thanks for this!

I told my physical therapist about my jaw spasming... Of course this resulted in him having to work on the muscles inside my mouth (which is excruciating pain!)

A friend came round, and I was able to sit and have a cup of tea with her in my own living room. Six months ago the only people allowed in my living room were myself and my son! Now I'm able to have guests.
