Got up, made breakfast, got dressed, made the bed, did the dishes, cleaned up the walk outside my apartment, put fresh water in the bird bath, gave treats to my neighbor's dogs, took in the trash barrel, and my neighbor's, too.

I went to school to withdraw for the semester. I stopped going and went to the psych ward mid-semester and if I hadn't done that I would have gotten straight F's. Having done that I can go back when I'm feeling better and get my degree.

I made Indian Food. Aloo Gobi.

I showered, shaved my legs, plucked my eyebrows, brushed my hair and painted my nails. I want to be well-groomed for my job interview.

I brushed my teeth twice which I have not been very good about lately.

I paid the gas bill.

All in all a successful day.
Bad: I skipped the lunch for the place I used to intern for.

Conscious of what I am feeling and have the tools to try to correct the (painful)
negative thinking with something more positive.
Thanks for this!

switched to decaf when I knew I'd had enough caffeine (hard to do, sometimes it's the only thing that makes me feel better at all), and reached out to others.

I did not re-act. I was fairly patient. And I tried to not get too disappointed.

Took care of my husband who is suddenly sick with the flu...and miraculously, taking care of him distracted me from my own inner crisis and I'm starting to feel good about myself again

I went to the Doctor for the second time to deal with this terrible cold/cough. I also took the day off from work and got some extra sleep!

Today I unloaded the topsoil from my car and started to set up my bag garden. I took care of myself by coming inside when I got overheated and drank some water.
