i was able to answer the door even though the door was not to be knocking for hours later, (they were early)-- none the less I answered the door.... I had a problem with that a week or two ago---

I got the apt cleaned up far better than what it has been looking for the last past month.
And i have done laundry-- I just need to put it away basket grabbing annoys me but it is what I have been doing... i should get on that today, or ask my S/O help me with this please

I only kicked the wall and kicked and knocked over the trash can.....

I did not drive recklessly to work after hearing the news of what was going on, I did not break anything as I was wanting to do (i.e. ripping monitors off the walls, throwing things into the TV screen, breaking the work phone)....

I have wrote my points out, made my points clear, and came to the conclusion that this ***** at work just has issues..... She does this to everyone, i need to remind myself, and she is just selected me for today on picking on me........ Yay!

Big deep breath in, go smoke another cig, and carry on with what I usual do for it is my job and I do it well

Despite being loaded for bear* (the evening's "incidents" had escalated an already problematic mood state) had just enough a shred of reason left to walk away when someone stepped on my last nerve at the grocery store tonight.

Sure, walked away fervently muttering not-at-all-nice things, but walked away nonetheless. Realized the last thing I needed right now on top of everything else was to get in serious trouble.

(*ie.,"To be prepared, mentally and/or physically, for extreme opposition; typically used in reference to an aggressive or potentially violent situation.")

Every other right thing today was small easy potatoes compared to that.

Way to go, Rose!

Went for my EMG test for my back. They attach electrodes to your leg and arm and give you shocks to see if your nerves are conducting properly. It hurts like hell but I didn't cry which was a truimph! Now I feel like someone beat me up. At least it's over with.

MissCath - glad you get that EMG over with. Hope results guide them in helping you, somehow.

I made a decent supper for myself, and feel kind of okay now. Hope this interval of feeling decent lasts a bit longer.

I sorted laundry. Maybe I'll actually do some tomorrow. (I have to use a laundrymat.)

I managed to get through the day without any huge breakdowns or emotional outbursts. I also got a few things accomplished around the house; laundry and a bit of decorating. Nothing big. Physically, I ate my meals generally on time and got my big meal in before bed.

Well, if nothing else, I got the utility room cleaned out and laundry done. Most of it any way. Didn't make much progress with my girlfriend, but at least a few things got done.

Discovered the four words that will hopefully put my life on the right track. Priority, purpose, communication and confidence. And I did a really great job at my first day of work. Can't wait to start the day tomorrow.
Thanks for this!
