I'm a great believer in cheering for small victories. Sometimes what may be the hardest things to make ourselves do are very non-glorious.

I am happy for everyone above who realizes they accomplished something good, no matter how ordinary a thing it might seem to an outsider. For you, at the time, it took real trying.

I hope that tomorrow I can keep trying for a little longer than I did today.
Thanks for this!

I am happy that you have recognized all of us, as we are "trying" to do our best in little ways.

I smile at someone when I felt like yelling at them. Yelling would have only create a problem that didn't need to be.

I laid down and took a nap that I needed so I wouln't be grumpy by evening time.

worked on a quilt; went out for groceries; told my dog I loved her; God allowed ex boyfriend to drive past my vision; acted out and felt the longing; the fear of overwhelming feelings; went home; took a nap; lite supper; laid one more tile on bathroom floor for empowerment; work is the opiate, work, work, work; just
don't feel what can't be. watched video clips from favorite flick. sent email to ask a friend how they were.

Completed the graphics on a brochure for a non-profit organization. Sent out some graphics to my friends at PC. Checked on my messages. Answered all my emails. Bought a new printer. Remembered to pray. Plan to watch the final(?) game of the WS.

I went to neurologist and was set up for a full spinal MRI and EMG work on my limbs. I had lunch with my son, who is in the same city as this doc. Came home and have been in touch with other son and done some things on PC.

Ran the dishwasher. That's all the energy I could muster--I had a medical emergency last night and ended up in the ER. So, taking care of myself is also a "do right today" answer.

I started to carve a pumpkin for Halloween, I roasted the seeds, went grocery shopping, made a nice dinner, started a mood journal.

Showered and got dressed. Surrounded our little painted pumpkin with some candles so we can see it while we watch a dvd.

But the fun thing was a little stealthy neighbor thing. --Shhhh!-- The downstairs neighbors put a nice little lit pumpkin display out and in one of them the tealights had gone out. So... snuck down and set three new (unlit) ones on it for them to find. Teeheehee! (We've never met, but it was cool they'd put on a display together, so...)
