What did you do right today? Part 3

I didn't let a mistake I made get to me.

Worked on acceptance that a long-time friendship is changing, maybe growing apart.

I called my sick friend during my break, just to let her know I was thinking about her.

I somewhat straightened up my dorm room. It's almost never not a mess.

I kept to my routine. I do better that way.

I organized my fridge.

next will come the freezer. Not everything at once, right?

Went for a walk in the sunshine. Nice day.

I called the manager I interviewed with yesterday to thank her for the opportunity to interview and to let her know I'm very interested in the position.

I passed an exam

It was Monday, but …
I finally broke the silence that had created an unwanted de facto protection for someone who's been bullying me for many months now.
(I was so proud of myself and relieved that I finally did it that I teared up afterwards. Nothing's changed. Yet. But they don't realize they're being watched by someone they wouldn't want apprised of their doings…and who has the power to fix their wagon, and fix it good.) (Oh grammar! But the vernacular just works so well. See, I do know adjectives from adverbs, haha. )

I showered. I cried. I am alive.

Began a new art project I've been wanting to try. The final product was rough looking but I didn't beat myself up over it like I used to.

1. Wrote to my dad asking about his dr's visit (diabetes). Also sent him some pictures.
2. Kitty litter cleaned up ahead of schedule.
3. Cont'd shopping for home organization.

Listened to a friend about her life struggles ... didn't give advice.

A lot. Too many to list. Finally I am at that point when I did a whole bunch of right stuff within one day.

My husband had a grumpy day but I overlooked it - goodness knows I have them, too.

Went for a walk.

Resisted the urge to interfere in something that is not my business.

Supported my son's decision, which was logical, rational and mathematical.
