I spent time with people that see the value, the worth in me

I bought my first lipstick . I used to have severe problems with hygiene when even taking a shower was difficult to accomplish, but I conquered that and decided that I am ready to graduate - no, not to a full arsenal of makeup, but to owning and using one item.

Congratulating people that moved up and on and really being happy for them.

I am happy for them, I am upset though that "they" like where they have me and I have no potential with moving forward. Unlike last week- I am going to really try best not to internalize this and really recognize that I have power to change "where I am".

Talked to my sister on the phone and avoided the 'heavy' topics.

I returned a really bulky item to ikea. Found the receipt, took three large boxes from the second floor to the car, without help, lucked out on not needing to wait in line at Ikea returns...could not have done better

Did a few extra nice things for my husband who is sick with a cold.

just did a load of whites - - usually do one load 5 days a week

I filled my weekly tray with supplements and medications not at the last moment (when it is already empty and I need to take my nighttime dose and go to sleep), but a day in advance.

i found out that i got a 93% on it super happy!

Maintained an even day, despite a few challenges.

Took a moment to appreciate a beautiful baby.

Recognized I am grumpy and need a 'day off' so I am taking it.

Didn't change clocks, yet! Ha, told my kids I'd take them out at 10. This gives me an hour and a half, to get ready, instead of rushing around...

I ate two healthy meals. My body appreciated it.

Got a few important things completed on my to do list.

Listened to a friend who is having relationship problems - did not give advice.

Did not try to go in to work on a level 3 snow emergency

Did not feed my anxieties with what ifs and over interpretations
