I ate, cleaned the kitty litter boxes, obtained good advice on the bipolar board and followed it, took a bunch of plastic bags for recycling, donated my old patio set to a lovely couple, and started cleaning my balcony.

I 'kept my shovel in my own bucket' about an issue between my husband and a good friend of ours who are currently having a disagreement ... not easy but some things just aren't.

I let a lot of things just roll off... So much I can wrap myself in that really isn't my problem.. Some try to make it my problem they tried hard but I had a good head this day.. If people got snappy or rude I just literally said to myself it wasn't my problem. I told some of them that too or in so many words in a nice way. Most didn't get rude, most understood. With the few that were short with me we also made up later by joking about something.

My mood was not disrupted by the chaotic vibes around me. I didn't allow it.
