I am spending purring cuddling time woth one cat of mine. I wish I could record her purrrrrrrr sounds and the blissful expression she has on her face.

For me, it means that I am at baseline. Not hypo anymore. When I was hypomanic, I was so driven to do something productive that I could not press the pause button to pet a cat.

I had a great Conference Call today

I had a Korean massage. I kept decluttering and organizing the apartment. I filled out endless forms for my new part time gig.

I was on time for DBT today

Gave away some jewelry I had made to a friend.

Did a good job during the phone interview for the JOB I REALLY WANT TO GET!

I treated a new friend to lunch, as she treated me yesterday

I went for my blood work.

Went sightseeing with our visitors even though my brain said STAY HOME. They are leaving in the morning ...

I picked up framed art from Michaels and transported it home carefully, without breaking the glass. Many pictures from the parking lot to the second floor - a big job. I also signed up for a crafts class at Michaels. Also visited my OD (long overdue) and my lawyer (thanks to my attention to detail, I caught a small but significant error in the motion he was about to file ), and, finally, had my brows threaded.

Worked on my new jewelry design idea - it looks rough right now and that is OK.
