I got up, went to work, then went to class, and then had a long talk with my wife about where I am right now...
I'm not sure if any of those count, other than the last one...

I made one very important decision and another important, but not very important decision. I think both decisions are right.

Oh, I love kefir. Lifeway Plain Nonfat tastes best for me. Lifeway Greek Kefir (full fat) is second best.

i managed to end a meeting with the guy assessing me for a wheelchair without telling him to just pxxxs off out of my house and stop wasteing my time! this was extremely hard as he refused to allow me an electric chair on the grounds it would not get me to the toilet...i never use the toilet as i am doubly incontinent and my only toilet is upstairs! Aparently it doesn't matter how old you are, if you need a wheelchair then the fact you are unable to move it outside yourself does not matter at all, as long as you can sit in it and move it from room to room indoors is all that matters, how you have to move it does not matter either, whether the way you move it is safe or not does not count either. so as long as you can somehow launch yourself into the chair and pull yourself around in it by grabbing furniture and door frames the authorities are happy they are meeting your needs! what a load of cxxp!

Good luck with that! How old is she?

No man has ever taught me how to parallel park although several have tried... I hope your daughter does not have my spatial intelligence affliction .

No cigarettes, that's zero cigarettes, which put another way means i didn't smoke any cigarettes, so a big 0 on the cigarettes issue. (Yes i'm pretty happy with this one as you can tell i should guess). That's two days this week i haven't smoked any cigarettes, hopefully tomorrow will be the third day. I reckon this is one of the few times in life when you can put a score of nothing and still be really pleased with yourself.

I've still got work to do with my life and particularly my MH, but hey gotta start somewhere.

I really envy her - her dad is so great.

I still cannot drive a stick. Only automatic transmission. It makes me feel that I cannot drive for REAL.

"That's 'cause you can't!" ...teases the one who's been real driving, aka stick shift for 34 years whether it be drive-on-the-right or drive-on-the-left country or car orientation and has been known to yell, "I should've been a race car driver!!!" to no one in particular while hypomanically ripping (ever so skillfully, mind you!) down mountain passes. Where was I? Oh right. But I can't parallel park for s***. Lol.

Today: Got my beloved to a MUCH needed psych appt. (and it went very well! )

I went to hypnotherapy session. My hypnotherapist is totally brilliant, she is really helping me to reorganise my life and view things in a whole new way. The amount of progress i have made with her is staggering.

i had peach tea... good thing.. good thing...

it is me taking a moment out of thinking too much, over analyzing, not understanding "how hard this is" and about to go postal and throttle someone---

and focusing just on peach tea..... no emotions, just tea... peaches...

I cleaned out the car, i did not think too much of "oh geez just me, i have to do this, and most of the trash is not even mine"... I just thought, i got time to waste, it needs to be done-- why not

and I am not taking my s/o not getting up as a reflection to day on "how he likes me".. he's just tired, he has funky sleep patterns (as do i )
