I have been binging on sugar products non-stop.. I promised myself.. I wouldn't do that... so.. I eat sugar stuff.. pass out.. eat some more.. pass out..

4th of the July.. will also.. be another hard weekend... aniversery of his death...

I am so so so so sick... self induced.. this binging.. like a drug..

How stupid... of me... like my father cared enough.. to even care.. what he did...yet I do stuff.. that almost kills me.. to punish myself.. for what happened...

You are not the only one struggling with Father's Day, everywhere I look in stores I see reminders, it is very hard for me too and an awful day. I hope that you will be okay and make it through.

fathers day use to be really hard for me... it still is, really... i am binging too free... i know i shouldn't... but it doesn't seem to help much... we do a father's day picnic at school for the kids and dad's ... it use to be almost impossible for me to get through... but i think things got a bit better for me when i remind myself that not all dad's hurt their kids... and i look at the joy in the eyes of the children who have dad's that care enough to come and spend 3 hours with them.... my step dad was a really good man he passed away 2 years ago... i am trying to focus on him and my sons this year... and am praying that they will be the fathers to their children that the God intended them to be... that the abuse will end with me and my kids... and not go on to another generation... take care freewill i am thinking about you...lyn

but i can celebrate this year as the first time tthat i'm free from him on this day

For all the parents that should not have been.

I live next door which is in in itself insanity. My fear on this day that I will be the only one that will show up because Dad got in a fight with my three brothers and my sister (it depends on her first drink of the day) well my brothers too actually. I feel bad for him but at the same time he brought this on himself and to this day he has done nothing wrong. Mom and him just think we are all crazy. They are fine.
