I'm just lying awake thinking about using. I'm going to take nicotine gum and see if that helps. |

Felt a bit better after the nicotine gum and then felt really tired and went to sleep then woke up like I got hit by a truck until the Vyvanse.
Not craving opiates after good sleep. |

I'm so bored because I'm too tired to do anything.
Thinking of ordering kratom to my mom and seeing if she'll approve because it's legal and it's like buying coffee pretty much I can just make tea out of it and it helps with tiredness and cravings and many other things. Just I threw up with it on benzos so I don't think she'll approve. |

21 days no alcohol.....the worst two weeks are over but this third week i still had minor withdrawal symptoms every now n then....nothing major, just comes n goes....less frequent and less intense...
...i feel good some days but im starting to get headaches like 'sober hangovers'. Had minor palpitations last night...popped a magnesium supplement and felt better... I guess its true what they say....recovery can take up to 90 days to a year before the body begins to really heal....

I have 11 days until my next milestone of 2 years.....so its 1 year 11months and 19days from alcohol!!!

Right now, I'm white knucking it. The sponsor I had/have is not working. It's hard to explain and I don't really understand why myself, but she triggers myy anxiety. I'm looking for a new one. I'm going toi an NA women's meeting on Tuesday, and hopefully I will find one there.
