1 was day 1, 234 came late in the first year, 567 today. I will be 82 if I get to 8910.

EDIT - I mean when I get to 8910.

Not sure what this thread is about but I gathered addiction. Day 4 here for me. Starting to feel somewhat better.

Welcome LucyD, well done on getting 3 days sober. I know how hard it is. Just keep taking it a day, or an hour, at a time. It gets better.

That's the attitude UpDownAround. And you're much more likely to make it to 82 not drinking, then if you were.

I'm doing ok, still get the occasional craving, but they're no where near as intense now. Looking forward to hitting 3 months in 4 days.

Day 4 sober? No cravings. Probably because they're psychedelics. I've really turned around in how I only bought psychedelics.

I like nicotine spray better than any drug..

Anyone heard of Sprix?
SPRIX(R) | About SPRIX

My shoulder surgery is coming up in 3 days (on Friday) and this is what I was prescribed for pain since I specified no opioids. Some kind of crazy strong NSAID that you can only take up to 5 days and only if your heart, kidney and liver are in good shape and you aren't prone to ulcers. Not a euphoric and not a controlled substance. I hope it works as well as advertised. I abused the pain meds after my previous arthroscopic surgeries, but the pain was legit.

Hit 3 months today. Can't quite believe it. But I'm feeling really good about it.

Surgery went better than expected. Turned out only the labrum needed repair; rotator cuff can be rehabbed. Bone spurs also removed. Block kept shoulder numb all day yesterday and Sprix has been adequate today, so I am happy with my decision to avoid opioids.

UpDownAround,

Glad that you're through with the surgery, that it went well, and wasn't as extensive as you anticipated.

Glad that the pain med they have you on is working.

I hope you have an easy and speedy recovery.

I wish weed didn't make me panic so I could smoke it all day every day

Then I can sit and watch movies instead of multitasking and never finishing one thing and listening to music.

Weed makes me go into psychosis it doesn’t matter if it’s hybrid or sativa or indica. Sativa would make me paranoid didn’t matter what I smoked it would happen. CBD on the other hand I like it but it doesn’t like me. Weed did help with the pain for me but being in psychosis 24/7 didn’t help me at all.
