Hope I don't forget anything today. They don't need another reason to yell and set me off.

I need a place to leave my anxiety, fear, dissapointment for the next 2 months 2 weeks and 2 days. I had 3 seizures in a week (first time I can recall having a siezure) and no doctor will touch me. The only doctor I found to try and find out why and help with it (I have no insurance so no one wants that on their hands they say) just cancelled my appointment on Wednesday and rescheduled for October 26th... I'm freaked out and need to let go of the anxiety, it's your problem now, be back to claim it on October 26th lol

Always anxious that he'll eventually get tired of my unstable mentality and leave me like everyone else.

I had a sever panic attack at work today, I was transported by squad to the hospital. I fear that I will have that happen again, I also fear the embarassment I feel will cause a new attack. The whole thing was very scary, my body would not stop shaking and I couldn't breath. I am going to leave these fears here so that I can function at work tomorrow.
Thank You for this thread.

It's just an interview. It'll be fine. And if you get your butt in the shower you wont be late

Also, telling him is a good thing, he'll understand...or at least give me a hug

I hope coach isn't too pissed at me... And I hope he doesn't think I'm weak, or a slacker.

It's so DREADFUL to me when my coworkers want to have conversations. It's hard for me to keep convo going Most times. It's hard when on the inside you're mind is completely freaking about about everything you're saying and doing at the same time. Trying to work on my confidence.

Home from another anxiety-ridden work day. And my shifts are only 4 hours long! I just wish I could stop my paranoia from getting out of control, as it does.

Ugh... everything. It's not that big of a deal. Why am I freaking out over it? That's dumb. STOP IT. Sigh...

Well the anxiety is not coming under control, it is the worst I've ever been. Glad I get to see my Pdoc tomorrow. I will continue the controlled breathing and leave the stress here.

I don't know anymore.
Just want to go back to school. Make things normal again. But it won't be.
I want T. That's what I really want right now.

AHHHHHHHH What if I get lost? What if I crash? What if something happens and I can't get in my room? What if I break something? What if everything doesn't fit in my car? What if I am not there to teach rehearsal on time? What if I completely screw up because I don't know what to do? What if I never get that check and my parents call me lazy for not being able to find a job at the beginning of the summer? What if they don't fix my schedule? What if my books don't come in? What if I get completely overwhelmed by this semester? AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH **explodes*

you know, I would drop my anxious thoughts but that would leave me without any thoughts. So for the next two days, I'm leaving my brain here for babysitting via this thread.
Dear thread,
Please take care of my brain. It is off it's rocker. Feel free to just leave it in bed for 48 hours it probably won't be a much use awake anyways. If it wakes up, good luck, there's no telling what kind of anxious thoughts will come out. I will be back to pick it up on Thursday in time for a massage (the one I was so hoping to get in before Wednesday -ie dooms day)
Sincerely,
Tsol
Thanks for this!

Although I am really excited about moving into my own apartment next week, I am starting to get anxious about all the changes and the moving process, and making sure there's enough money to pay bills and rent. Also anxious that the application for said apartment isn't even approved yet, and will be finding that out today. (I don't know why it wouldn't be, but will feel much better when I know that it is!)

Whew... .

*drops it here, and walks away*

All I gotta do when everyone moves in tomorrow is stay calm... I don't want to get overwhelmed or overstimulated just because there is a lot going on.
