i keep posting all the time because it helps me to write things down.

i am suffering tonightwith really bad anxiety attacks, i pmed psici and gave me the advice to stay on diazapam cos the prozac is a high dose. doctors in the uk will not give me nore than 2 diazepam at a time and i finished them today. it's worn off already 5mg and i don't know what to do with myself.

i'm trembling and have a knot the size of usa in my belly. noises sound louder and i can't sit still. making me feel sick

i'm sure people must be sick of me moaning all the time, i'm sorry. i just feel so lousy.

think i need a good cry maybe

((((jinny)))))

Go ahead...have that cry!! No harm in letting it all out sweety.

Remember your breathing hon....focus....you can get through this...I know you can. You're thinking ahead of yourself, worrying about things to come. Don't forget, there are only so many things that you have control over at THIS VERY MOMENT...so try to let all that other stuff go and deal with it when it's the right time.

i knowi'm a pain... Many hugsssssssssssssss

(((hugs))) I say keep writing!!!

Is the diazepam in tabletform? If so, do they have a score mark across one side? You might want to ask the pharmacist, but if they are scored, you can cut them and take half dose twice as often... depends upon the half life of the med and I don't keep track of any but what I take i knowi'm a pain...

What other things do you do for coping with your pain?

i knowi'm a pain...

jinny please try to do some slow breathing. breathing in for four seconds, holding it for four sets of four and then letting it out helps me if i do it for a very minimum of five minutes while focusing on the seconds ticking by on a clock. it gives my mind something to focus on and my eyes and makes me keep my body still while at the same time the physiological effects of the breathing can be amazing.
wish i could be of more help.
((((((((((((even more hugs cos you deserve them!!!))))))))))))))))))))))
