I'm feeling lots of anxiety about going to sleep. I really don't want to have nightmares tonight.

I had some real bad hypothetical anxiety about 40 minutes ago. I took a Xanax and now I feel emotionless.

My anxiety was bad, then it was fine, then it was bad again and now it’s fine. Weird.

My anxiety wasn’t bad until an hour or so ago. I skipped my visteral today but do I want to be slightly anxious or completely ravenous tonight.

My anxiety isn’t bad today. I’ve had 4 caffeinated sodas today too. I haven’t taken any Xanax but I took my visteral around 11:30. The visteral is long lasting and is good for my moods as well. I use the Xanax for sudden severe bursts of anxiety and I have had none of those today.

My anxiety has been medium all day today because I'm worried about finding a full-time job now that grad school in spring is no longer an option unless I apply to a new grad program at another university.

My anxiety has been bad today. I had a big coffee. I’m also still sick so I don’t think it’s 100% anxiety. Most of it is though.

@Mountaindewed big coffee is probably only good if its decaf. I stick to decaf or my anxiety lasts for about 6 hours due to the caffeine craziness. Sorry to hear you are sick.
Thanks for this!

My anxiety has kinda been sucky today but I think it’s just because I missed a dose of lamictal, and physical stuff. But I have a gynecologist, primary, and dentist appointment next week and I’m very nervous about all 3 of them. So maybe my anxiety its legit. It’s hard to tell sometimes.

My panic attacks turned out to be dissociative (Derealization and depersonalization) panic attacks caused by hallocingenitory persisting perception disorder form psychedelics and I was cured by low doses of ketamine where the last dose gave me a dissociative panic attack. That was my last panic attack (Last year).

I feel slightly anxious because I was taking phenibut and slightly addicted to benzos.

Keep fighting! Cures will be made! They've kept them secret!

My anxiety was bad around 11-4. I also felt really sick to my stomach from not eating after taking a strong antibiotic. So who knows what I was really feeling today. I feel fine now though.

My anxiety today was just the normal anxiety that Xanax takes care of. I haven’t craved my visteral at all since I threw it out. I think the really bad anxiety was just because of that letter from SSI I had been waiting for for a couple months. Not that the letter came and my benefits are secured my anxiety is back to where it usually is and the visteral is no longer necessary.

For some reasons, I have to set up a social media account. I hate this. I hate to share my real name, identity, photograph, and any of my personal information. I fear my safety, but I have to. I hope that the project will end very quickly, so I could close it as soon as possible.

My anxiety has sucked today but I’ve also haven't eaten a lot and what I did eat was nothing but soda and sugar. Plus I took my morning meds at 2AM. This is what my therapist is talking about.

I guess my anxiety wasn’t too bad today. I just took the one Xanax and visteral. I’m kind of anxious about work though.
