Sounds as if a little calming down of the feelings is called for, Moose. Have you had
anything recently that was upsetting you abnormally? Try to rest and do some meditation to calm down the "flying away" feelings.

Oh yeah, I've been right where you are from what you're saying. It makes me want to scream and throw a tantrum in public. I usually don't. But I know I look crazy, arguing internally and rocking back and forth to keep it in.....
