yeah, but that's only if she reads this. otherwise, I will be fine. I always am. I just don't always share what's on the inside at home. Actually, I rarely do. No one at home seems to understand that I will still cycle somewhat and have out of control emotions and that it is ok, that I will deal with them. that the meds are really working good and keeping me sane lol.

oh well, that's why I came here, to be understood.

Are you able to focus on coping skills ? Mindfulness and grounding skills can make a huge difference.

Good luck

I made it through my trial run today! not so great, but could've been worse.

by trial run, for anyone that does not know, my first day home alone since last summer, when being alone was NOT a good thing lol.

so I was expecting to see a big difference today. still don't do good alone, but I had the group to get me through...

so thank you group!

Hi Dan, it seems like right now the bulk of your anxiety is with wife reading your post on here, no?
Can you ask her to let this be you 'own' personal outlet, for it to be private?
Then she wouldn't get any surprises.
Know today was a tough day, first trial day alone but seems like you worked thru it, something to be proud of!
Anyway it's good to see you back on.
BTW I read waaaay more than I post.

All I can say is I just got highly confused by the jumping around of topics.
