Well, lets see how things go the next couple of days. There's a thread about hypomania making someone nuts that has some suggestions for calming yourself that some of the others put on there, I was thinking those might help if you get anxious.

Moose, glad u can get out and enjoy! I can't leave the house and just wish I could enjoy my kids and getting out. At least you seem to get out most days with friends. That is wonderful.

I don't know the music. My eldest had it on. I was in the basement doing laundry and he was down there playing music on the xbox.

Breathing through a straw? I have asthma. That sounds anxiety-producing. Sometimes when i think about breathing too much then I feel myself breathing and can't stop and get anxious from that.like now.... ugh.

I don't know. Ken will be out of town. I had another friend I used to hang out with but she "broke up with" me. That's what it felt like anyway. This is a trans woman. Sometimes I think she acts like a guy still but I only see her friday's at the friday lunch every so often these days.
