Today I walked around a history museum, a local zoo and an art museum. I feel comfortable saying I walked six miles or more. I walked from 11AM -3:30 PM and had lots of water.

I sweat gallons at work and walk at least 4 miles a day ( I have pedometer proof) but I haven't been starving myself like I was when I was losing a lot of weight so I've gained a little back. It's frustrating especially because I'm about to leave my strenuous job and will have to motivate myself to go to the gym. I hope i can do it. And I hope i can eat healthier.

I'm excited to be able to ride my bike where I'm about to move to though. Nice flattish country roads.

I have been walking for 2-3 hours a day for the last week and a half. Plus the lugging of horse feed, rugs and medical supplies twice a day. I really enjoy it although today I have a gross cold virus that has me bedridden after today's walk. My body has been suffering, I have been in a lot of pain but I have dropped 3 kilos. I have been eating ok but today I just can't stomach anything. Whoops this was supposed to be a healthy post

I spend 10 hours on my feet at work constantly moving. It's not much but it definitely keeps me going.

I need to get back on track. I've been eating fast food and drinking alcohol. I don't even know how much weight I've gained because my scale is already packed for my move tomorrow.

Good news is I'm about to live where I get to have free gym access and can ride my bike on the open roads because it's in the country and not hilly like it is here and I'll get to eat healthy food that my mom cooks because she's a health nut who works at a gym as a personal trainer.

I started juicing today. They taste quite bland, so I put some stevia in the one I had tonight.

Just signed up with a gym, finished getting a mountain bike off layaway, and I'm going to start training for a local event known as 24 hrs in the canyon. It's a 24 hr bike ride in Palo Duro Canyon state park to raise funding for a local cancer treatment center. I had three grandparents die of cancer so I wanna do it in their memory so figured this would be a great place to get encouraged to stay on track.
