I rowed 6.2km in half an hour. Feels good to get back on that cardio grind.

I've been having a really hard time staying motivated to exercise over the past few days. Rowed 2.5k on the erg, but that was it :-/

First step is remove all bad foods and drinks from your home. I know it's really hard to stay motivated but it's a little easier when you don't have the enemy (junk food) starring you in your face during your hard times. Depression really eats my motivation and determination up most times. Find ways to work out that doesn't seem like working out. Such as, cleaning, going for walks with friends or family. Watch one of your favorite shows while doing bicycle leg workouts, or squats. Sometimes when I get really down I force myself to workout because I like the light feeling I get after finishing a work out. I feel very proud of myself for dodging the darkness. Don't be afraid to call a friend or family member and ask them for suppose when it comes to health. Let them know you can't do this alone, and you shouldn't have too! I've been working out like crazy all week. I've went to the gym, I've taken my puppy on twenty minute walks twice a day. This week I've been spring cleaning. I've reorganized closets, gathered clothing for Goodwill and cleaned from top to bottom.

I am going out to eat with a friend. I checked the calorie counts at the restaurant and have decided what I want to order ahead of time.
