Positive Things I've done today #5

I did laundry and hung it to dry. Also, I will be taking the dog to the vet for his yearly heart worm test.

Made a fire in Sarasota Fl yes it's chilly finally feel pretty good made a plan to do outpatient three days a week from 10 to 2 with my ARNP psych nurse she sort of runs it and I feel better about that and I start this Monday!��☘️

Went to Walmart for cat litter and dog food. Picked up some groceries.
Visited the thrift shops
...when all I wanted to do was hide under the covers and pretend I don't exist

I successfully updated my OS.

Oh, and I splurged and bought pizza for my family.

Made it through work even though I was very anxious and tired. Now I am going to chill and play guitar to wind down.

- took a shower with a eucalyptus scrub and shampooed and conditioned my hair
- ate yesterday night's leftovers for breakfast and had 2 cups of coffee and 5 cups of tea (I need that much liquid)

Did the dishes. Cleaned the bathroom. Took down my Christmas tree.

Wrote poetry and posted some of them on my Wordpress site.

Going to be making tacos for dinner tonight.

OOh! I love tacos. (Just not fish tacos- I'm allergic to fish.)

Wrote poetry and took a nap.

And I went to T.

I took out the trash. I went walking at the mall and logged 4,288 steps. Not 10,000 but not 0 either. I talked with a good friend on the phone. I put gas in my car. I edited my signature to reflect my current meds and dosages.

- cleaned the kitchen
- took a shower with the eucalyptus scrub and detangled my hair
- TheraPutty
- drank plenty of fluids
- went to a great group at the IOP where we listed our likes and dislikes and the qualities we wish to develop
- prepared a salad to "chill" until dinnertime
- wrote a menu plan for the week
- wrote a plan of what I would be doing during the week (Interpersonal and Social Rhythm Therapy)

I did not write that person up.

I was offered a promotion at work, and I accepted it.

Got up when the alarm went off, took shower and came to work. Trying to be productive...struggling a little with that but I'm here trying

I saw my primary doc and physical therapist. Good and not-so-good, respectively. But I'll take it as it comes.

Paid my last bill for the month plus the rent. Felt good. Ran around town doing this. Picked up kids from school early. (Exams). Went grocery shopping. Took a nap. Relaxed with TV.

Power washed drive way. 3 hrs of pleasure. My tremors are back. But driveway is neat.

Got up when alarm went off...working on backlog of stuff here at work, feels good to finally get caught up on daily items and get working on items that were put off

- calculated the amount to pay for rent and various utilities; left a check for the landlord
- saw the IOP psychiatrist; no med changes for now - enjoying stability
- cleaned the kitchen, took a shower, attention to hair and dress, TheraPutty, drank 4 cups of tea in the morning

I got my hair done and I made dinner. Oh, and I wrote two poems.

I bought groceries today.
