Woke up (even though it was hard), had coffee, dropped a class that was giving me trouble so I should be feeling relief but I'm not for some reason. Have to shower later and go to class at 5pm. Still need to eat. :/ Kind of a rough start to the day after having a bad day yesterday.

I'm glad you posted again. Your situation reminds me so much of my daughter's that I've been thinking about you...hoping you start feeling better and sending best wishes your way.

The positive thing I did today was stop beating myself up. I'm an all or nothing thinker (cognitive distortion) and I'd been in the house for weeks but was able to take my brother to the hospital last week so I thought great I'll plan on doing something everyday this week WRONG and got depressed and mentally flogged myself. Now I'm proud that I got out last week and yesterday and will take it one gentle step at a time and be pleased with any forward progress.

Had a great long conversation with a friend of mine.
Got in my 6000+ steps.
Had a late birthday dinner with my friend.
Talked my kids out of seeing an R-rated movie. (Youngest not old enough.).
I'm at Starbucks waiting for the movie to get out. I need to sleep but I have to do laundry.

Got leave from IP to give a presentation at university. After some Clonazepam i was calm enough to get through it. I think I did pretty well. So relieved it is over.

Made it to an important, possibly life changing doctors appointment, made eye contact and smiled with strangers, went to Jamba Juice with hubby. Spent time chatting with kids on various topics, cuddled my dogs, got a short visit with my mom and now ready for bed.

Got up at 5:30, went to the gym, showered, came to work. I'm not happy about leaving the safety of home and my bedroom right now, but I managed to do it. Concentration is **** today, but I'm here and managing to get things done, I'm slow but I'm here trying my best

Got up, showered, and made it to work. I've had a very productive day, and it's nice to not be dealing with the depression I've had recently.

Here's to finishing work and having a good evening!

Not much productivity in the physical sense today
But went out with my boys to a steakhouse. Spent too much but it was worth it
Good food and laughs with my sons

Got leave from IP and went for an hour long brisk walk. It helped the agitation and 'stir-crazy' feeling you get when IP. Been hypo today so that was fun.

Took an hour but I actually cleaned something!
I moved everything off the bathroom counter gave it a quick clean, knick knacks and such and put every thing back, had not done that in years! cleaned much dust and cat hair off the counter threw some stuff away.
Very cathartic, maybe I will do the bathroom floor next????
