Went to the park today. It was very nice outside and we took quite a few pictures of the turtles and frogs.
Rest of my clothes came in and I'm cleaning them. Still didn't get my online orientation course done. The Web site isn't fixed. That will have to wait until Monday. Overall a pretty good day. Mood was stable for the most part, except for a bit of anxiety this afternoon. |

Starting fluoxetine (Prozac) today at 10mg. Funny thing is I woke up feeling great anyway. Really hoping this med catapults me out of depression asap. Although I feel good this morning i can sense the depression holding on to me. It is an ominous feeling. last time I took this med I was hypomanic by day three. That would be great. Anything beats the depression I am in.

Mood is much better thanks to my upped Seroquel dosage!
I'm pretty exhausted with this new dose, but it's better than having the severe suicidal urges and hallucinations I was having. Now I don't feel like offing myself Yay! |

slept all day. finally left house this evening, picked up cat food. got a cheap vaccum since mine hasnt been working since december....
still have to clean a lot of my house by monday for company. feeling blah. |

Fuuck. I slept all day and am now up all night. It's 5 am here.
I can't even do sleeping right... maybe I should just get up. Give up on sleeping tonite. Short term total sleep deprivation is a temporary fix for depression- I have read studies about it. The depression usually returns after a night of sleeping though. Or else maybe it can help kick me into mild hypomania. Either way- bring it on... I am so done with this depression storyline. And I feel like I am being a crazy poster. I need to shut up and go to bed! Have a good morning everybody!!! Oh- and I think I gave up on cleaning my house very well for my parents visit. I am at the fuuck it stage of procrastination and depression. |

Day one on fluoxetine. Woke up feeling great before I took the med. after I dipped a little then sprung back up. Been feeling good ever since. Few side effects but nothing too bad. Wanted to go out tomorrow but not allowed as my mood is labile and unpredictable. I guess they want to keep tabs on me while I'm adjusting to the med.

I just woke up. Feeling meh. Gonna attempt to be all sorts of productive today. And probably fail miserably. But I am trying any how. I know that doesn't count for much.
I am trying to be normal. I think Even if I manage to clean this place up my parents will be able to tell that I am not okay. I have no food except condiments in the fridge. I have loads and loads of laundry. And my sleep cycle is all screwed up. I am thnakful for a week off work for spring break, but I am also nervous. Bc work gives me some reSon to get out of bed each day. Being off, even tho I enjoy the break, can mess w my moods. I do not like my Lucy avatar anymore. I think I'm gonna change it. Seems like too much effort though! Maybe tomorrow. |

My theme song for today is Walking on Sunshine although I'm not hypo manic. I'm writing my 'happy' self a letter to my 'sick' self for when it rolls around again. I've also asked my daughter to remind me of these 2 days when the going gets bleak and seems never ending.

Went to church this morning. We had a guest speaker and she was great.
Posted pictures from yesterday up on Flickr. Quiet day otherwise. Doing a load of laundry and feeding the cats. Mood has been pretty good. I lost some sleep going over alternatives last night but I feel calmer now. |

Having a good day. Still have a general sense of feeling off though. Got out and about. Went to my niece's birthday party, visited with my parents, got a haircut, then picked up something from the grocery store for dinner. Weather here is gorgeous. Sunny and 74F.

I've pretty much slept the day away. My husband made supper andbis doing laundry. I'm still fighting the cough and just overall tired today. Will see how tomorrow at work goes
