I slept great last night! Didn't even wake up once. Usually I'm up a few times throughout the night but not last night. Felt great! Got a solid 10 hours.

I didn't really get any sleep last night. It's because I didn't take my bedtime meds. I didn't take them because I needed to be up early today.

I slept really well for a change. I didn't even need a sleeping pill. I just kinda fell out.

Haven't slept much or well for a month :/ Especially last night. Even my seroquel isn't helping. I'm still waking up sweating from nightmares as well.

Like a baby for nine hours. So good not to be in a hospital bed.

Ok, considering I share a bed with my wife and two German Shepherd dogs. Good thing it's a king size bed!

I spent most of last night wanting to hurt myself.

so not at all.

the imsomnia's bad enough, I don't need those thoughts too.

I got almost 7hrs in which is good because my balance and thought processing were starting to be affected.

I seem to have some weird pattern now of sleep one night then not at all or just a bit the next night.

Just barely enough, maybe 6-7 hours. Enough to get by on, if I can relax enough to take a nap this afternoon.

I was able to rest for awhile this afternoon, that helped. I did not actually sleep, but even resting is beneficial!

Really good. I think I got my 8 hours and I could barely tell that I had dreamed too, though as soon as I became aware of my dream(s), my subconscious snatched them away so I could not remember them any longer. None the less, just to know that I dreamed is good, because I have read that when we dream, that means we are sleeping deeply, soundly and healthfully.

I didn't go to sleep last night. It was a beautiful night although it was cold enough to see my breath! The only part of me that isn't happy about it is my feet, they are sick of being abused lol

Took forever to fall asleep, and then I woke up 5 hours later. Plenty of energy though, perhaps a little too much. I hate waking up so early because there's nothing to do and the more hours i spend awake is the more hours i pace around thinking about where my life went wrong. I'm also worried this means I'm hypomanic and being hypomanic can lead to being manic and the hospital and then losing my job and my mom making me apply to disability. It's too early to go to the liquor store now but I don't have anything to do. I went for a walk and felt the devil in my blood.
**** this is a sleep thread... had a dream a tornado sucked me up and turned me into a projectile.

That was me last night. Got 4 hrs 4 mins according to my Fitbit (which is surprisingly pretty accurate). I was going nuts trying to find something to do. I didn't want to wake anybody up, so I just used my computer and watched YouTube videos for an hour, although I almost died of boredom!

Last night, I slept great for 8 hours. So did my wife and the fur-babies. It was very therapeutic!

I slept good and woke up at 7am which is the time I plan to get up daily. For close to a week, my sleeping schedule was all screwy and I've been soooooo depressed. I'm hoping that getting back on schedule, along with Wellbutrin will have me feeling better soon.

I'm encouraged for you, I hope this is the start of a new trend for you! One in which you will feel better and better....
