Hmmm a new meds. It would be one that helped with mood and has no side effects at all. Pretty much help with both mania and depression. No weight gain issues for sure! You would only have to take it once a month lol hmmm what else??
How mamyn tattoos do younhsve and where? If you don't have tattoos would you ever get one?

Don't have any and will never have any. Human skin is the largest part of the body. Given by God to protect the internal organs. Which, at the same time covers how ugly we really are. Not to be disfigured or branded. Which is what a tatto is. Branding.

Paint goes in canvas. Not in human skin.

I'm I been to harsh?.

Love them but my job only allows a nose stud and two piercings per ear so I had to put my plans for eyebrow and/or lip piercings on hold.

Question: what have you given up for your job?

Pretty good, overall. I haven't fallen into any serious debt yet, and I manage everything around my disability. Sometimes I come close to the wire, (as little as $40) in my account, until my next payment comes. But never overdraft, ever.

Do you feel you are on the right regimine of medication right now?

I am usually very responsible and organised when it comes to money. It's not like I 'manage' every purchase and don't impulse buy at times, but I never use my secret savings, just the money I have for day to day use.

What is the most amazing experience you have had out in nature?

I'll answer both...

lady shadow, no. certainly not

Wander- the closest i've got to nature is watching a programme about birds

my agoraphobia is so severe that I can't even go outside and watch the real birds fly around for even a few minits
still, one thing on my bucket list is to milk a cow (manually milk a cow), and I think that will be awesome- if I get to do it

question: do you like trivia?, and quizzes?. I love all that

Yes! I love trivia and I love quizzes

How do you feel when people claim, you don't need meds because if you would just exercise more, get more sun, meditate more etc your BP would be fixed?

we really need our own psychcentral quiz.

if enough people wanted a daily quiz.... well, I guess I could be persuaded to set one up- I know how to do it

might be a fun daily goal to see how many questions we all get

anyway...

answer: I feel like they've obviously not read up on it, or they believe that you don't have it (and are just using bipolar as a term, because they want you to feel validated), when they are secretly thinking... you're probbaly just depressed.

question: have you ever accidentally contributed to either yours, or someone else's mental health stigma?
Thanks for this!

Probably 7 or 8 years before being properly diagnosed and treated with the right medication.

Are you more likely to experience mania or depression during late February/early March?

Are you more susceptible to sedation from pain pills or other opioids?

Answer Not usually.

Question: Do you seek information online about your therapist?

I don't believe in therapists. Like I don't believe in priests.
I eliminate the middleman.

What brand was your first car?.

My incisions from my gall bladder surgery are itchy and I can't scratch them without pulling stitches or opening scabs.

Did you know your diagnosis before it was given or was it a surprise?

my most recent over christmas..

had a really bad case of the christmas blues- and it forced me in to overspending (so I suppose a mixed episode)

yeah... a little bit of depression, little bit of mania..

question:

do you think kids are cute? (with the things that say and do), or do you find them annoying

I think children are cute, but not infants. They aren't quite human enough yet.

If you could travel anywhere, where would it be?
