The Chronic fatigue and Fibromyalgia just won't let up. I have taken a week off work (but back to work as of last week) and deferred my exam. The Bipolar is stable but the physical restrictions are really getting me down. I am missing social events and unable to do things I enjoy like swim in the ocean and play guitar. To be honest I am planning to end my life if this doesn't let up. I don't feel like I have a life worth living.

She didn't like taking me off the illegal meds they gained to much power. They were illegal by the food and drug administration. And the hospital allowing a nurse to write a prescription when she was mad and the health department to keep me on them well she was forced by family doc to take me off them. And even though I do not have a direct advocate or Guardian. Petitioner forced her to give me more then doctors orders. Doc gave 2mg heldol. Psychiatrist added100mg lamotigine. I was forced by petitioner to allow her to see my doc or she might get mad and petition.

My day was fair. I went to help my mom with a project. Then went home and took a long nap. I watched This Is Us and it had my eyes full of tears. I have been so medicated. I have not cried in 2 years. Now that I’m off Zoloft I guess my emotions came through.

I had a bad spell at work where I read something in my personal email that reminded me of my husband. Usually I can think about him and be OK, but this time I just had a terrible wave of grief. He died in 2012. I have had a hard time over the holidays every year. I hope this year is different.

Anyway the wave passed, and I’m just doing nothing but hanging out on this site, looking for things to respond to. It keeps me hanging on.

I'm sorry about your husband. Certain times of the year can be especially triggering. I hope this year isn't as bad as it's been in past years.

It's funny how we can "waste time" taking our mind off things here on PC. I have shoulder surgery a week from today & will have my arm in a sling for 4-6 weeks - so will have a hell of a time typing! I've been spending a lot of time here the past few days to take my mind off the surgery.
