Morning everyone. Taking my mom over to see my son's new place then hitting Wal-Mart. I'm sure it will be nuts in there but gotta get some groceries. Meeting a couple girlfriends tonight for the reds of christmas, it's a wine sampling tour around our small town over here. Should be a good time. Hugs to all!!

I've already had 4 panic attacks this morning. Thought I was having a heart attack. I took diazepam and some zyprexa...just waiting for them to kick in.

I hope you feel better soon. Using coping skills and self-care really help me.

My back is acting up today....its way of telling me it doesn't like shopping I guess. Think I need a new mattress, yeah like that's gonna happen! Ridiculous how expensive those things are. Pain is definitely affecting my mood. Can't focus on reading or watching tv.

Pnurse put me on 10mg Viibryd to counter the seasonal depression. I’ve been groggy since then. Physical therapy is going well. I see my pain doc next week.

My poor husband was bit by a dog yesterday. He just has some scratches and bruises. The dog was overwhelmed with all the people and guess my husband was too much.

Otherwise things are going okay. Cleared the front yard so we can put up lights tomorrow. Helped clean up the basement so we can put the tree up. My daughter will be home Sunday so we can decorate then. Still have boxes to take to charity and a buy-back bookstore. Lots of back-breaking work still.

Mood is still kind of down. Viibryd helps, but could do without the bad memory, feeling loopy and the bad dry mouth. Oh well.

I cried today. It seems to be at least once a week I just breakdown and cry, without any real reason. I guess it is cathartic, but it doesn't really make me feel any better...

Fighting a mild depression. Exhausted, not sure if it’s from depression or meds. Pdoc cut out morning zyprexa. I dunno if that’s impacting my mood or energy level.

Thanksgiving went well though. I thought my uncle was going to make a scene bc my cousin brought his much older boyfriend (my uncle doesn’t approve of the relationship), but he didn’t. My grandfather had a lot of trouble getting around. Not sure how much longer he’s going to be able to live at home. My grandma will not put him in care though until she absolutely can’t take care of him herself anymore.

Kind of a mixed bag. Still on the up side energy-wise waking up super early, back at latest obsession, getting in people's faces, etc., but also spells of rumination and crying. This is traditionally a very hard time of year for me, but I'm really trying (along with my team, meds, etc) to not fall down into that pit this year.

At this very moment, between my brain and my reality, the odds don't look good.

But I'll try. Fight this BP beastie. Damn ****er.

(p.s. it's not about the holidays. Holidays, schmolidays, lol.)

Hanging in there. Doing a lot better than I was a few weeks ago but dealing with a lot of stress. Have lost my appetite a bit and been having stomach issues. Been thinking about a lot about things lately, so haven't been around PC as much. Hope all is well with everyone. Sending big hugs for those that are having a hard time.

Not great today. Still feeling the adderall crash from yesterday. I took a bit more than prescribed. It's awful. Restlessness, fatigue, and brain chills. I took another this morning but it only helped for a little bit. I'm thinking about talking to my therapist about this next week, but I'm worried about what will happen.
