yay! for showers!
I had a nail fixed because it tore after only one day. I use the gel nails now. really strengthen them and it lasts about 1 month.

Woke up late today - took my daughter to Girl Scouts at the last minute, bought a coffee for my gf. After Scouts was over, took them to DQ for lunch - bought myself some chicken strips - wasn't really feeling it. Didn't want to exercise today - but forced myself to do it; feeling like I have a lot more energy and patience... still need to shower though!

Got dehydrated yesterday.

Drinking, drinking, drinking water. Bored of it, squeezed some lemon into this latest glass. OMG, I still don’t feel good, but I am great compared to yesterday.

I would rather drink Diet Coke and coffee though.

Forgot how many days it had been.
geesh!
weighed in at 181.3.
So am happy that the numbers are coming down.
I know that all that beer I was drinking bloated me up. So this is water weight that I am losing.

I still like the numbers going down.
I hope that my stating my weight doesn't trigger anyone.

Made a healthy smoothie for breakfast with berries, banana, protein, flaxseed, spinach and nuts. Also made a more realistic to do list to help me cope with a busier then usual week.
