I took a shower today!!!!!

I treated myself to a pedicure and a 90 minute facial at aveda beauty school.
They were both very good and exactly what I needed. Am going to trivia tonight but later and eat dinner but not drink. I can do this! Called a friend to see if she would want to go to the gym and walk on the tred mill with me on sunday. She will call me on sunday. I have been ABS a week so far. bizi

I went to whole foods late for trivia, I really don't play I just sit there and drink...
this time I played a bit and drank water after eating a double stack burger with pepper jack cheese and caramelized onions, mushrooms and bacon! Ate it with spicy brown mustard and with a fork and knife because I did not have the bun. AM trying this low carb diet thing. I just have to lose some of this weight that I have gained. I work tomorrow out of town so have to get up early on a saturday.... I will be clear headed. Hubby and I are about to watch LOST. Love that show. bizi

Well, you are brave. Not in a million years would I have been able to go in there!! I dealt with them for one very brief period in my life. Never ever ever again. <shudder> I don't know whether it is abuse. I mean, it sounded like it's her own house(?) So whose fault is that?
I bet the letter turns out to be nothing major. Will be hoping that for you.  As worried as you are about the letter (and I totally get that, I'd be the same way), I'd be waaay more nervous about possibly having picked up any "hitchhikers". Yup, I'm downright phobic.  Question.... When you say, "I have been ABS a week so far.", what does ABS stand for? Hope you are having a good Saturday, bizi! |

Her daughter managers her affairs and sees to it that she has 24/7 around the clock to stay with her. So I think the daughter should do something about the house. I don't know whose house it is. APS can sort that out. Somebody needs to do something. I feel as a nurse it is my duty to report this situation.
Tomorrow could be a very busy day. up early to go to breakfast then church then social/pot luck(maybe not do this). Hubby is going to a friends house prior to the super bowl party starting at 5. I may go to the gym with a girl friend to walk on the tred mill, if she is up to it...(my gut feels that she will not want to do that.) So depending upon if I go to the gym will depend upon when I go to the super bowl party. Maybe I will go with jeff to his friends house, his girlfriend is there from hong kong. So this is why women are allowed to the super bowl party this year. Usually it is just guys. Abstaining from alcohol (abs) is on the plan. Bringing sparkling waters and zevia is also on plan. Along with the sweetener stevia to sweeten just plain water. I will run to the store today to pick up these things. WE will have left over chili for dinner. What to do with the rest of my day. It is very warm and sunny today. 70 degrees. I have laundry to do today and filing that needs to be done soon.... Have a great day all yall! bizi

Think I forgot to tell you that we are doing a meal service a gain. We have used this company before. They are really expensive but our mother in law gave us $100 for christmas the box comes wednesday.
The food sounds delicious and the next week sounds even better. It was $85 for 6 meals. But the produce is all organic and such. that leaves us $15.... My credit card had fraudulent charges on it. an eye lid cream for $92 and 2 other charges from same company. Capital one reached out to me and canceled the $92 one and will refund me the other 2 charges. They canceled my credit card and are sending me a new one...it should be here by wednesday. I am lost with out it. I took the car in to have the air conditioner inspected to diagnose why it lost freon. We will pick it up before breakfast this morning. They open at 9am. I need to get going. Well I received the certified letters and they were a complaint on my license.
so I will have to jump over hoops to get out of this this subpoena. sigh just what I don't need. I am drinking like a fish tonight. bizi

I spent the day calling dr's offices, people getting info, left messages return calls. sigh am exhausted.
I did see 3 people this afternoon and 4 tomorrow.This is difficult and frustrating. I think the lawyer will work for me. he is going to call me tomorrow to discuss the matter. wish me luck. I need an extension for the time frame work of all of the paper work that is due. bizi WE made a meal kit tonight from sun basket. It was very good. Shrimp and cauliflower rice with sweet potatoes. my ribs still hurt from my fall 10 days ago. sigh

I spoke with the lawyer this afternoon for 25 minutes. I like him and his thinking. So he will request an extension for filing the paperwork. So we have 2 weeks.
I need to write a letter of explanation. Will ask jeff to help me as I am not a very good writer. bizi

I think that I will work on it sunday. Tomorrow, I am working seeing 5 clients to get caught up from this weeks disturbances.
I will start by using word documents on line it is a program to help you type up stuff. The extension went thru so that is good, buys us 2 weeks to gather what we need and for me to write up a good statement jeff will help me as I am not a good writer. Sigh If I lose my license then I will create a new business and call it." Go2toes" my car plates will say "go2toes". I have to start thinking this way. As It is a real possibility that I will lose my license. I am not freaking out about it. I will change my website and my business cards and brochures and take the wording off of my car. create a new web site...it is doable. bizi
