The shrimp meal is easy, I use detailed cooked pealed shrimp, peas, any kind of pasta but usually bow tie, Alfredo sauce and occasionally a tiny can of water chestnuts. It's one of mum's favorite meals and so easy

My email and Amazon accounts were hacked. So I changed the passwords of all my important accounts to a jumble of letters and numbers. I then enabled two step verification on any account that supports this. I think all web accounts should have this. Heck, even Amazon does. I have been cleaning up my house and car. I have this energy and focus that I normally do not have. Once I have detailed my car, I am going to sign up to be an Uber driver. I really need the money.

I’m glad you have found some energy to get some things done.

I also have the most complicated passwords I can think of. My Paypal account got hacked a few years ago. What I freaking mess to get straightened out !

I love the ease of things the internet offers but there’s always risks

4 hours of sleep again.

I went to bed early and took the zopiclone in the hopes of sleeping longer but it didn't work out that way.

I contacted my pdoc but she's only in on Tuesday so no changes to the dose until then.

I'm still working From home and avoid driving unless it's a really short distance (under 5 miles)

It's been an exciting day. I have had two visitors - Mum and best friend. I still find my Mum triggering but I also find being alone very difficult. My friend and I only see each other around 3 times a year. Need to try and make that happen more. She is a beautiful person. I guess I don't want to drag her down. In the past she has said she's scared to call me as she doesn't know which Wander to expect, or how to react if I am not coping. Just being here, or even talking on the phone would be helpful. It helped a lot having her here for an hour. I juts hope I didn't burn her out.

Secondly the registrar here explained a new technique that will highly likely shut down the fight or flight response, and hyper vigilance for months thus giving me a big break from this kind of stress. I set up a thread about it if you are interested in reading, or providing feedback to me.

Well, today is my birthday, which, ugh, they are not fun anymore, but at least I am not severely depressed as I usually am this time of year, so guess there's that. I'd like to take the day off from work, but am not because it just wouldn't be cool considering the workload and small crew. Sooo, wish me luck for a smooth work day, lol.

Will attend to good self-care and little treats. That's all.

Did quite a bit of cleaning and organizing this morning, but I still have A LOT to do. Also, a MAJOR curveball was thrown at me about half an hour ago: Maintenance is coming in sometime Tuesday through Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm. I think I'm going to start shoving sh_t in bins and throw them in the closet for now. I wish I could organize things better, but I just don't have the time. The clock is ticking.

I guess I'll stay up all night until I clean this crap. Good thing I'm on vacation at work!

I'm supposed to get a bookshelf delivered (I ordered it awhile ago) to organize my stuff a little better, but the estimated delivery date is Wednesday. That's not coming soon enough. So shoving sh_t in bins is what I'm going to do. Good thing I have extra bins!! F*** me

Shoving things in bins honestly might be just the right way to become more organized. Pull out a bin a day or every couple days and find a home for every single thing.

I’m sorry things are tough right now.

Often I think we just need to do the opposite of how we feel. Stay in bed and sleep ?? Get up and make your bed. Maybe clean something . Avoid the news, watch some comedy movie. Go for a walk.

It’s really hard to push ourselves but in the long run it will help us

Feeling vulnerable without a car, it's in the shop. They came and picked it up! No way was I driving it with that shake and those lights on.

Oh I get tons of panic if I don’t have my car. I hope whatever it is will be a cheap fix

Me too, we really got to get serious about looking for a new car. New used that is. I prefer sedans and everything is SUVs and trucks now days.
