I'm in India, and this state has implemented a weekend lockdown because of Covid. So I won't be going anywhere. I think we're only allowed out to get groceries or for medical stuff.

If you’re coughing then you’re not asymptomatic….

I agree that a cough is a symptom. Also, where I live they will let people take tests whether or not they have symptoms. I had to take a test to leave the country.

I am obese, but more mentally stable than I've ever been in my life. When I was a kid, I was underweight and miserable.

It’s 17 here right now and will go up to a balmy 32 during the day

Tuesday is supposed to be near record lows, when just two weeks ago we hit near record highs. It’s like winter came screaming around the corner on January First to remind us who’s boss in 2022

Tomorrow is supposed to be 41 but raining, of course. So we won’t be doing much outside of the house, probably just deep cleaning since we’ll have time.

For me it is one of the worst things to be overweight. because it gets my gender dysphroia going. I am only 5'4 ish. 5'5 I think now. A bit short for a man. I try to make up for it by being a smaller weight. And if I gain weight it really messes with my mental health and I can end up in IP or IOP like I did in December 2020 when I was messing real bad with my meds. My pdoc understands my weight issues thankfully and respects that I don't want to gain weight and that my mental health improves when I am losing weight.

I just am not stable when I'm overweight.

I'm kind of angry right now and I'm not sure why. I havent eaten the best today. That could be one thing. I just had a few expired yogurts and some chips. But my mom expects me to go back to work and still be able to get the time off to go out of state for Thanksgiving. And she's not understanding that in retail that is very hard to do and they wont just make exceptions. Even in grocery they are often open until 5PM on Thanksgiving. But my mom doesnt get this and is saying "well maybe at this job..." no. Any retail or grocery store, which is all I have expirence in rarely allows any time off between Thanksgiving and Christmas. I just happened to work with a rare company before that allowed that. But its really annoying that my mom thinks companies are going to make special accomadations for me because I'm on social secuirty and can only work 20 hours a week and I don't drive myself so I cant like work super late at night. Most employers I've been with are actually turned off by these requests instead of accomdating. Again, my mom doesnt understand any of this.

I had to have my last job fill out some paperwork for SS. SS needed it. I gave it to the most understanding manager. When the new schedule came out my hours had been cut from 4-5 days a week, down to 2 days, and it stayed at 2 days. I asked him why my hours were cut. He smiled and said "I have a budget too." Ok whatever that means asshole.

Thats why they in general tell you not to bring up your disabilty at work unless you legit need accomadations.

Edit: feel better now after eating a little microwave cup of Campbells double noodle soup and drinking a pitcher of Lipton decaf cold brew. My headache is gone too.

The weather is crazy!! Christmas week we had 70’s and even 78 one day!

We have loads of rain coming tonight and Tomorrow. I’m glad it’s just rain and not snow or I’d be stuck at home forever lol

There are areas around Nashville that could be looking at some flooding since they got 5-6 inches of snow.

Yes stay inside no reason to go out ! I only go out to let the dogs in the pasture. They have no desire to stay out longer than just doing there business lol

How is Cheeto ( hope I got the name right) doing ??

Today was/is our one “warm” day of the week by being in the 20’sF. Everyone is shopping today! Soo many people and so few 😷 masks. The store was out of most of their sale items. But I got everything on my list except macaroni and cheese. I didn’t know where to find it and didn’t want to search so I got hormel chili instead. It’s a comfort food too. Tonight I make spaghetti and meatballs. It’s the weather for pasta.

I like Hormel chili, I have several cans of it in my pantry. I like to put some cayenne pepper in it to make it spicy

I am back on the Thorazine. I was only sleeping 2-3 hours a night every night for the past week when not on it. So I finally got some sleep thankfully. I was planning on cooking today but didn’t feel up to it so I’ll do it tomorrow. I’m making baked Buffalo chicken thighs, cheddar broccoli rice, and sautéed yellow squash, mushrooms, and onions in olive oil.

Miss Mustachio is doing well! She’s growing a lot

Next week I have to go to the dentist and I’m dreading it but it needs to be done.

Finally above freezing !

Loads of rain starting tonight. Possible flooding around Nashville since they got quite a bit of snow. We never have to worry about flooding as we live on top of a ridge. We might be stuck at home if the big creeks overflow between us and town. Which has happened before. Lucky for us as we don’t have to be anywhere until Monday morning.

Steve is FINALLY feeling better ! What a giant relief !!! My lungs are so also better thankfully. We both can’t be sick at the same time.

Hugs to anyone in need

Glad your sleep is back on track. Lack of sleep causes such a quick downward slide of stability.

I must have missed a picture of your fur baby in the past! She’s Gorgeous!!

Yeah, that’s the best, putting cayenne pepper in it. I have wait and do my individual bowl since mum doesn’t like it spicy 🌶 but that’s the best way to eat it.
