Tried getting myself to sleep, ended up staying up half the night struggling to breathe.

I fell asleep sometime around 7. I woke up at 11:30 and then I got back to sleep before 1 and I slept until almost 5:30. So I slept much better then I have been lately.

Was a horrible toss and turn night. Got up twice to sit in front of the TV finally drifted off for a couple hours past Dawn.

I didn't sleep well. It was past 7 before I fell asleep. Then I woke up around 11:30. I got about 45 minutes of sleep right before 4. So yeah I got right around 4 hours or so of interrupted sleep.

I fell asleep at about 5:30. I slept uninteruppted until 2:30. So it wasn't too bad. It was 9 hours and if I want to work a first shift job then this is a pretty good sleep schedule.

When I was school aged, I always woke up at the same time (6am) in order to be ready for the school bus and school in general. For the longest time, it didn't matter if I went to bed at 9pm or 2 in the morning, I would always wake up at 6am.

I seem to be picking up that habit again (right down to waking up around 6am), which is nice for the tail end of my sleep schedule. The rest of it... well, I was up several times during the night. If I can get uninterrupted sleep, this regular internal wake-up call will be very much welcome!

I woke at 2:00 and I’m fully alert and awake so it appears I’m up for the day. Ah well, I have things to do. I started taking Wellbutrin XL 300 mg and my anxiety has been vicious and I’m not sleeping well. I quit taking it yesterday. The anxiety was instantly better - the sleep may take a bit longer.

Sleep is still fitful. I've been up at least three times tonight. Short periods, but long enough to throw me off. And now that it's near dawn, I don't know if I get myself to sleep an extra hour or so, 6am internal alarm clock and all. I have work today, so hopefully it will be fine.

Still only taking 2.5 ambien but it seems to be helping more. Slept 6.5 hours. For me that’s pretty good. I’ll take it.

I keep waking up at 2 no matter what time I go to sleep and remain awake. Today I’ve really started dragging. I took an OTC sleep aid and I’m about to go to bed and sleep as long as I can. Hopefully a good 8-9 hours. Sweet dreams.

Nope, no cigar. It’s like my body said “you think 2 am is bad? How about we don’t sleep period?” Zero sleep. I’m a bit frustrated. Will try again tonight as I’m up for the day. Maybe with all this sunlight, I’m over medicated. Thank you for the well wishes. It will be wonderful when I’m sleeping again.

I fell asleep before 8 with my new melatonin. I woke up at 11 really needing to use the bathroom despite using it twice before bed and not drinking anything. More evidence I think I effed up my kidneys some more. Anyways I got back to sleep right away and I woke up for good right before 4. I slept with my music on all night so I did wake up a couple times but I fell back asleep. Overall it was a better night then it normally is.

Last night wasn’t great, took the 2.5 that’s been working sort of but was tossing and turning so took another 2.5 and then slept for 4 hours. Ehh I’ll take it.
