@MuddyBoots I’m sorry that the noise is interfering with you getting some sleep. I hope you were able to get some rest.

I fell asleep before 6. I woke up at 11 and then stayed up until 2 something. I ate some mac and cheese before going back to sleep so I was able to sleep in until almost 6 since I wasn't sleeping on an empty stomach.

Oh yeah I had some dream where I was at some store I don't remember if it was a thrift store or like a Sams Club maybe. But they had a section for used DVDs and I found a Brady Bunch movie. It was a Halloween one where Jan gets a lobotomy.

I swear ever since starting the Prestiq I've had the strangest dreams.

Zero sleep. I didn’t take any sleep med, so got up and binge watched Face Off. Did try to go to bed at 5am but no dice. Just toss and turn

Broken sleep, but slept till later this time. Lots of dreaming, hugely symbolic, re: people & learning.

My sleep was kinda messed up last night. I fell asleep at 5:30 then I woke up at 9:30. I fell back asleep around 1 after taking some melatonin and I woke up a few minutes before 6:30. Which is really late for me. I don't like sleeping in past 5. So I am hoping to sleep decently tonight.

I took 5mg of Ambein last night so I slept hard. I hate taking them because it’s a forced sleep instead of more natural but I needed sleep !

I've been taking my melatonin and then turning on brown noise instead of music. I still will often wake up early but I think my overall sleep has been better.

Ever since I found out about my elevated breast cancer risk sleeping has been hard. I seem to have 2 nights of little sleep followed by a night I sleep soundly. Tonight I fell asleep about 12:30 and woke at 2. It's now 3 and I'm wide awake and kind of agitated.

The problem is that I'm tired. I know you all know but oh, so tired. I'm taking my PRNs but they aren't doing a great job and I can't bug my pdoc any more than I have already as she's out with COVID and I feel terrible that I contacted her at all (although not my fault, just I NEED her to sign something and fax it in to be able to get my clozaril and she's not been in the office to do it and I could tell she was feeling the pressure of knowing I need this done so my prescription is filled on time.

I guess I am going to try to read. I don't know if I can or not but I'm going to try. I feel like I did in the hospital once when I just couldn't sleep and every time they came in I just said "hi!" over and over. That did lead to them getting me some ambien.

Hope everyone is sleeping soundly.

I've had a weird sleep the past few days. I went bed early, "woke up" at a consistent time and with the exception of a trip to the bathroom, slept through. However, I still wake up feeling like I pulled an all nighter. Matter of fact, I wrote this two hours ago, but couldn't keep myself awake long enough to post it. The likely culprit is the muscle relaxers my Primary Doc prescribed me to help with the pinched nerves. It helps, but being awake after 9+ hours of sleep would be nice too!

These last 2 nights I've been falling asleep in minutes after putting on Death Cab For Cuties album Plans. Last night I fell asleep I think right around 7. I woke up at 2:20 and I got up to get a soda but I couldn't stay awake and I slept until almost 6. It must have really been the furnace and thats why my sleep has improved so much.

Tonight I'm dozing off for about 20-40 minutes, waking up for an hour or so and then drifting off for another 20 minutes. I have a feeling I'll be more tired this way that i fI just stayed up.

I'm really hoping for some real sleep soon. I want to ask for some ambien. It usually only works a few days before stopping but it would help just to get those few days. My pdoc has been out with COVID though and I've had to bother her another about my clozaril renewal stuff. I'm not about to bug her again. I guess we'll see if politeness or desperation win. I don't see her until the 2nd week of November which is just too long for all this. I'm always scheduled for a monthly visit through the whole year in December. She didn't do it herself this time and somehow I wound up with a big gap between appointments. Given the breast cancer scary stuff that's not ideal. She'd said she might be able to get me in but after missing more than a week of work there's no way she'll get me in.

Hoping for lots of sleep for everyone here!

Ruminating over my day yesterday. Nearly 6am and I haven't really slept. Well, crap.

Took half a pill and slept half the night. Woke up after 5 hours and a nightmare. Was a hospital dream, and I was so sick I could not ask for help. I just wondered in circles totally trapped inside my head.

I was spooked last night and then I didn't get to sleep until past 8. I woke up around 3 and I thought that was enough sleep. I think I woke up a couple times during the night.

I fell asleep around 10:30 I guess and here it is not yet 12:30 and I’m wide awake watching Die Hard. It was a fitful sleep full of bad dreams. I believe it comes from the stress I was under yesterday. I’ll not get back to sleep tonight as I’m wide awake so I’ll finish watching this movie and then start catching up on my to do list which is really lengthy right now.

I fell asleep last night right around 5:30. Then I woke up at about 12:30. I stayed up until 3 something then I fell back asleep until almost 5. So I did get a lot of sleep.

Since losing Sirius I’ve been taking 5mg of Ambein at night. It’s the only way I can shut my brain off to sleep.

I fell asleep a few minutes after 5:30 last night. I woke up at 11 and I was up for a few hours but then I fell back asleep until 5:15. I wasn't acting like I was up for several hours though.

It’s shaping up to be another long night. The night before I was here posting until 2:30. Last night when my friend called in crisis at 3:40, I was already awake and playing on my phone. Tonight, I’m going to cook - banana bread, meatloaf, a zucchini/squash casserole and pecan pie. If that doesn’t work, THEN I’ll hit the sleep aides. I’m glad my energy is back up so it’s not negatively impacting me during the day.
