I was taking Ambein daily while I dealt with my corneal ulcer because I had to sleep to allow my eye to rest. So now I’ve stopped it and I’m trying to sleep. Argh it’s so rough ! I hope things improve soon I’m flip flopping almost all night long !

Sleepy hugs !

Oh I know that flipping and flopping well. Best of luck.

I'm so sorry you have had to suffer this long with your eye, @~Christina. And now the flip flopping.

Still random naps. Today I listened to "These Dreams" (Heart.) And I got the lyrics from google. So interesting & beautiful.

I slept 12 hours last night at the hotel. Theres gotta be something in my house thats making it hard for me to sleep. Some enviromental thing. Thats weird to be sleeping better away from home. Both my mom and my brother didn't sleep. This happened on my last trip 2 weeks ago. 12 hours each night. Idk its weird.

I fell asleep at 7 and then I woke up at 11. I was up until 3 I think then I slept until 4:45. At least I got back to sleep for a bit. I drank a bottle of sour Mountain Dew and ate 60 Coca Cola tic tacs while I was up so my stomach is a bit upset right now.

I think I slept a little bit better this time, & so I was able to do a few things this morning.

This may be a little premature but I tried to go to sleep 2 hours ago but I'm still wide awake. I took my usual Trazodone and 5 mg Haldol at bedtime. Then I tried Benadryl to no avail. And I was feeling anxious so I took my PRN of 4 mg Haldol. I'm at a loss for what else to do. It's only quarter to eleven but I normally am asleep way before now.

My sleep hygiene is all messed up from going off the ambien. I often now stay up till 2-3 in the morning dreading going to the torture chamber known as a bed. I often don’t sleep til after the sun rises which makes getting up at 7 nearly impossible.

I went to sleep around 11 and woke up at 5:50 which is strange because I usually don't wake up until 10 or 10:30. Maybe it's because I slept on the couch?

Fitbit says I didn't sleep at all, but I did sleep and dream. I woke up shivering in the middle of the night though. I think I had a fever from the Covid vaccine I got yesterday morning. I had to turn off the ac and add another blanket so I could sleep.

sleepisgoodmedicine.com saw this site. Don't know how much help it might be.

I woke up at 12:55 and couldn't get back to sleep. My mom texted me at 7:08 and asked if I was up and I'm wondering what she wanted. If it was maybe about my test results or something.

I don't get why I'm so tired during the day but I don't take naps yet I still don't sleep well at night. Although 6 something to almost 1 is I guess enough sleep technically.

Fell asleep around 10ish and woke up at 2. The hyperarousal is real.

I slept more hours, though broken. And I had a lot of symbolic-type dreams.

I didn't sleep the greatest last night which was probably to be expected after sleeping most of the day yesterday. I'm a bit crabby today.

Took 10 mg at midnight, read for 20 minutes then was out like a light. Woke up 20 minutes before the alarm went off!

I took my brothers melatonin instead of my own. And took a cepacol and a tylenol and then put a Vicks Vapor patch on my shirt and used 3 pillows instead of 2 and got to sleep from 5:30 until 2. Which is a lot better then my sleep has been lately.

Fitbit says 6 hours and 19 minutes last night. I'm feeling really dizzy today though.
