Only about five hours last night, but as of right now I'm doing OK. I must have hit the sleep rhythm "wave" just right. Here's hoping the rest of the day is just as well!

I took 10 mg again last night and slept pretty ok. Woke up a lot though. Had interesting dreams. Really felt like rolling over and going back to sleep but got up and went to aqua fitness. Now more energy although still low.

Slept outside under a garbage bag last night and actually got 7 hours straight through. Idk why I have such trouble sleeping in my bed. I was super tired today though and couldn't stop yawning until I had an "extra" coffee.

Kinda messed up how ya sleep 2 hours and feel wired and amped, but sleep 7 and your a zombie.

I slept but didn't sleep well. I went to bed around 10:30 and woke up at 12, 1 and 3am, before getting up just before 6am. Tired as all get with work coming up!

I fell asleep around 6 while the pizza was in the oven. I didn't wake up until after 11 and I felt bad. I stayed up until about 4 and then I went to the couch and fell asleep almost instantly until 7. Luckily my mom wasn't hard on me about not waking up to eat the pizza.

I guess I got enough sleep. I don't feel as tired as I usually do.

I was kinda spooked last night so I didn't get to sleep until after 8 despite being very tired. I then was able to sleep until 3:30. So I feel pretty decent this morning.

I went to lie down at 4:30 yesterday afternoon. I was very hot so I used a very light sheet instead of a blanket and I fell asleep right around 6. I woke up for a bit around 9:40 but only for about an hour. Besides that I slept until a few minutes before 4. I haven't slept like that in awhile. The sheet was just enough tempeture wise.

I fell asleep around 6. I woke up at 9 something and thought I'd have issues but then I fell back asleep right after 11 and I slept until almost 4. So it was another good night.

I think getting spooked and staying up until 8 the other night actually helped my sleep get on track a bit

That's great! But I must ask is that 6 p.m. that you went to bed? If so, why do you go to bed so early?

Normally I lie down at about 4. Then I fall asleep around 6. I am used to getting up early. Often before 4AM. I never got out of the habit of waking up early after leaving my 1st shift job in 2020.

Last night I fell asleep closer to 7. I was up for less then half an hour at 10 something. I was really thirsty so I drank a caffeine free Coke and a bottle of water. Then I fell asleep this time until 5.

I didn't take my normal melatonin so I woke up at 11 and didn't get back to sleep until 4:30. I got about an hour of sleep. I started a book while I was up and I got really into it and I read about 73 pages. So at least I made my time useful while I was up.

I asked my mom to try very hard to wake me up for the finale of AGT and then I fell asleep before 5:30. I remember her shaking my shoulder but I don't remember what she said or what I said. The next thing I knew it was about 1:30 and I've been up since and I feel pretty rested. I wasn't into AGT much this year anyways although I hope I didn't annoy my mom too much.

My sleep was pretty messed up last night and I didn't get any after 1:30. I had a 20oz Coke and a 200mil caffeine bottle of coffee so I'm not really feeling tired.

I fell asleep before 5:30 and then I got about 45 minutes of sleep after 11:30. I think I'm just thinking about my sister a lot or something and when the baby will come. Physically I feel fine despite going to bed not feeling good.

Didn't sleep long enough, dreamed but don't remember, & very tired. Coffee isn't working. So sad.
