I fell asleep at 3:30 in the afternoon and I woke up at 12:40. I mean I don't know what I really expected if I went to bed at that time. I'm actually suprised I slept that long. So my sleep schedule is a **** show now. I'll have to find a way to stay up until 8.

Slept a couple hours then awake worrying for whatever reason about where one of the buildings I go to for medical appointments in 10 days is located. I had to pull up the campus map (not easy to find) and then it's oriented sideways so I had to look at the computer while holding it on its' side. But now I'm pretty sure I know where to go. Goofy, I can ask the help desk the day before. It's in another building but next door and they can point me to the correct next door.

Anyway, we'll see how long it takes to get back to sleep. I've been up an hour so far.

I fell asleep at 7 and at one point during the night it felt like my jaw either cracked or popped. It hurt like hell but it didn't fully wake me up. I couldn't even tell if I was dreaming that it happened or not. I can't imagine that much pain not waking me up. Idk it was weird. Anyways I woke up at 2:40 which is an ok time for me to get up and I feel pretty good right now. I just feel some minor sinius facial pain and maybe like I was grinding my teeth last night but nothing major. I ate some tortilla chips without any problem.

Oh I hate it when that happens. Hope you got back to sleep.

I have a habit of waking between 3:45-4:30 no matter what time I go to bed. I’m glad I have an abundance of energy so I’m not badly impacted.

I don’t know if my Ambein is failing due to steroids or just stress of this job. Probably both I imagine. I really could use some great sleep tonight. I’m off tomorrow so maybe I can sleep in ? Here’s hoping !!

Sleep hugs !

Terrible sleep. Went to bed at usual time and had fan, was cool enough, but only got 3-4 hours. Managed to doze off again but only for an hour. Now I’ve given up as all I was doing was tossing and turning

I fell asleep at 7 and then I woke up at 11 in a decent mood but feeling very hungry. I drank a soda and then waited until 1AM and fixed something to eat. Then I got back to sleep until 6.

I fell asleep after 8 and woke up at 2:40 for no reason. Except maybe because of the coffee I had yesterday morning. There wasn't much to do but listen to music and drink a Pepsi.

I had a Rocky night, waking up several times. But the dream was continued. I don’t recall it clearly but it centered around a house I was in with my daughter’s mother in law. I took a bus back and forth somewhere and there were 4 of us who got off together. Another lady and two 18 yr old twins who were quite scary. I was in the house and there was a huge hole in the side of the bottom level that was covered by tarps and opaque plastic. There seemed to be a dog or wolf pushing in on it and growling. Then it changed into a tall man in black, but when I didn’t back down it changed to a 2 yr old naked boy. He had power of the mind but he was just an abused scared boy. I tucked him under my arm and set out to find the twins who were his brothers. I confronted them and somehow that was enough to change them.

I fell asleep before 7 I think and I woke up at 2:40. I was having a hard time just lying doing nothing. I took my morning meds early to try to get some anxiety relief. Then at 5:08 I got tired again and fell back asleep and I had all these weird dreams about missing a Britney Spears concert and my uncle showing us a tape of when he was he was a kid on the show Howdy Doody. I then had to pull myself out of bed at 8 and I felt like complete crap physically and mentally.

I think I must have had better sleep last night because I was able to fulfill some important goals today. I still can't believe how well things turned out. I remember bits of dreams that I awoke from early this morning, but they were weird, so I don't think they had any influence on the way my day turned out. Just feeling grateful. I hope you all have a good night's sleep tonight.

Woke up several times but was able to go back to sleep, cool dreams, but I was very active in my sleep as my sheets and blankets ended up wrapped around my neck. Feel like I slept fine though.

I fell asleep at 6 and then I woke up at 11. I got back to sleep around 4 and then had the same issue I've been having lately of struggling to get out of bed at 7. Before I got covid I would be up no later then 5:30 no matter what.

I fell asleep around 7 and woke up at 12 something and stayed up despite trying to get back to sleep with various meds and music and some rain sleep sound thing on my phone. It didn't help that I was very hungry and thirsty all night and kept getting up to grab a snack or something to drink.

I am getting sleep. Not enough yet. But there seems to be improvement.
