Got half a night of sleep at least. Got home from work around 8pm and fell asleep almost a soon as my head the pillow. Woke up about 12:30am hungry, so I got myself a cheap gas station sub, ate it, and couldn't get to sleep for the next two hours before I just gave up. I don't feel too terribly tired, so hopefully work won't be so bad.

I woke up a lot from dreams. The only one I remember is my cousin and I were in the Mideast at a oasis where camel convoys stopped to eat and pick up supplies. My aunt was making money hand over fist cooking strange foods. Despite this I did get enough sleep as today there was no aqua class to get up for, so I slept until 9am

I fell asleep at 4:35 yesterday for some reason. I woke up at 8:30 for a few minutes. Then at 11 for 15 minutes to drink a Coke and eat a Lunchable. Then I fell back asleep until 3:45. No clue why I needed so much sleep. I wasn't depressed and I felt fine physically after getting my nausea under control earlier in the afternoon.

I was up from 10 something to 2 something. I fell asleep before 5:30PM last night. So I guess I got enough sleep.

I got about 12 hours and I woke up feeling hungover for no reason at all. I took a nap a couple hours ago so I'll see how tonight goes.

Far too much unwanted chatter in my brain right now. Too much of what I do not want (nobody would want it) .. Maybe a nights sleep (if I'm lucky) might help.

How can anyone survive with literally ''no sleep''... from the little science I know I do not think it's possible. Not for weeks or months. Certainly, FEELING as if there is ''no sleep'' completely sucks.

It's not possible. At some point your body starts doing what's called "microsleeps" where you sleep for a few seconds at a time every so often.

I seem to be getting either 10 hours or 4 hours of sleep a night. Not changing anything with my meds. Maybe on the four hour nights I'm accidentally drinking black tea too late (My mug keeps things hot for 8+ hours so I have to let things sit for a while before drinking).

Dawn ?! How are you doing ? Finding anymore sleep ?

I keep falling asleep throughout the day & night, & I usually sleep for an hour or two, almost always awakening from a strange dream.

I woke up at 3am. Took gabapentin, it might help me get back to sleep.

No, no fantastic dreams lately. I’ve been waking up early but with at least 6 hours so pretty good. Do miss my dreams tho. 🤪

I got about an hour or 45 minutes of sleep after 11 something. I'm not too tired though but I didn't do much of anything today.

I think I slept decently. I kept having this weird thought that Danny Devito was going to die soon and then I'd fall asleep and it was incorporated into my dreams and **** like that and Danny was replaced with the Grim Reapeor and it was just like weird like I took shrooms or something before bed.

Keep having dreams at freakin' Foxwoods. There was the one where I was trying to find a bathroom to puke in and beat the shyt out of those four girls and then last night my God sister and I were trying to sneak into a movie or concert or something there.

I fell asleep at 6. I woke up at 11. I got back to sleep around 2:15-2:30 and I woke up right about 5:30. It wasn't the best night but I've managed today without coffee or a lot of caffeine so it wasn't too bad.

I left the hotel at 4 to go to my aunts house and got back
at 9:30 and I didn't take any Geodon or melatonin while I was gone. So I took everything when I came back and I fell asleep at about 10:30. I've been listening to classical sleep music instead of my regular stuff and its been helpful. I woke up once a couple times, once at 3 and then at 4, but I got back to sleep until 6:30.

I had the hotel to myself and I fell asleep before 7 and then I woke up around 11. My brother had his ipad and the TV going until 1 and then once he was done with all that I fell asleep pretty much instantly until 6:30. So it was a pretty decent second night.

In the past few weeks, I've kind of settled into a routine. I'll usually fall asleep as soon as I get home (8-9pm), wake up about 2-3am, be up for an hour or so and sleep until around 7:30am. It's an interesting routine, different than my usual sleep schedule, but it seems to work. Usually. I woke up at 2:45am and couldn't get back to sleep. Thank goodness it's my day off!
