I fell asleep at 5:30 and slept through dinner. I woke up at 11 and stayed up until 4 or 5 something and then I fell back asleep until 6:30. I feel kinda ok.

I've been awake since 7 am yesterday and now want to sleep, but have things to do today which need doing. I'm awake for sometimes 2 to 3 days in a row, sometime sleep for an hour and a half then a few hours later pass out again on repeat.

I'm attempting to create a routine to help with everything I'm going through and starting to help me get back in a better mindset, but this has been affecting my routine terribly.

Do you think I should fall asleep this early, or should a try to keep awake until later on tonight?

I want to set up a Psychiatrist appointment today, but I'm extremely tired and can't think straight.

I fell asleep at 6 and woke up at 11:45. I tried my music and stuff. Then at 2:30 I decided to work out. I then made something to eat at 3:30 and I fell back asleep before 4 and slept until 7:30. So I feel ok.

I fell asleep right before 6. I woke up at 9:30. I tried some gummy melatonin but it didn't work. Then at 3:30 I took my morning meds which knocked me out pretty good until 7:30.

I fell asleep before 5:30. I tried not to. I woke up at 12:15 and then fell back asleep from 3:30 until 7:30. So overall it wasn't too bad.

Been sleeping now & then, usually one or two hours at a time, throughout the day & night. So I'm tired all the time, probably also one of the reasons I feel sad.

I realized my tower fan was covering my floor vent so thats why it was so cold in my room. Once I moved it my room warmed up quickly and I slept from 6 straight through until almost 3. Which is what I had been sleeping before the vent incident.

I have this habit of burrowing my face in my pillow when I'm sleeping. Last night I had this dream where I desperatly had to blow my nose because my nose was so clogged up I couldn't breathe. I finally woke up and realized my face was directly into my pillow and I could actually not breathe. This is the second time this has happened recently.

Should I be concerned about this at all? I just took my normal meds last night and nothing else. I mean I see a sleep doctor I can contact if its an issue.

I had this intense vivid dream where I was at Thanksgiving or christmas at my Uncles and Marjorie Taylor Greene was there and she was armed with this realistic toy gun. I was wearing this outfit with the trans flag on it. Then me and her got into it and I was like "why does it matter if we're trans, cis, non binary? We're all human. Why can't we just be supportive of each other?" Eventually she layed off and we just agreed to disagree. But I thought my family would be super proud of me for sticking up for myself but they were kind of not happy that I had brought poltics to the holidays and had lashed out like that.

Idk. It was a ****ed up dream.

Been waking up at 2-3am with very vivid dreams I don't remember when I wake up. Except last night. I took Bo, Saco, and Pemi to the vet all in the same carrier (wayyy too small) and the vet said Saco was fat.

I woke up around 1 something but I fell asleep before 5. I started hearing this chirping sound like an alarm going off so I went and got my mom. I guess the smoke detector needs a new battery. She said she'll figure it out when shes more awake. Its been beeping every 30 seconds or so and its right outside my room. I have my door shut but I can still hear it. I was going to get up in a bit to take a shower anyways.

Went to sleep around 11 and woke up at 3 when my CPAP shut off by itself. It kept doing that until I shut it off and turned it back on. So I've been up since 3.

I've been taking quite a bit of melatonin (along with my Seroquel) to get to sleep at night and I've been waking up at about 2am with difficulty getting back to sleep (but it's manageable). Last night I woke up and tried rolling over and almost squished Pemi who was stretched out laying right up against my back without my knowledge. I don't think he even noticed haha.

As usual, not getting enough sleep. Some of that is my fault, because I want to stay up for this or that reason. Sometimes I'm like a kid about that.

Had one of my random weird dreams. Was in Europe with about 5 other people. We were hiking though time zones and random counties. We were exhausted and an old lady offered us a place to crash. She had twin beds along all her walls and we were thrilled, but the beds all had stuff on them. The one I went to had old bottles of perfume and old letters and cards. I was so grateful for the bed and so tired I didn’t move them off but slept there with them. ( yeah I was dreaming of sleeping) then when I woke I was looking at all the bottles and recognized a bottle of my favorite perfume from the 60’s. Then there was a red caddy to take us to the train depot in the 1800’s then as we boarded the train we ended up in a marketplace from the 1600’s, I think in Germany.

Wow, fantastic! Your dream maker is so often an amazing movie that I wish I had a DVD of! (I don't have a tv right now, so I'd have to wait to replay your amazing dream! )

God bless all of you who can't get the good sleep that is so important for our mental health. I also have been suffering with this symptom of some type of MI. I am so sleep deprived, & recently have had horrible nightmares. But I'm not giving up! Oh, no. God bless all of you who are dealing with whatever.

I slept fitfully from 9:30-12:00 midnight and have been awake since then. The lack of sleep is catching up with me and I have a packed day. Hopefully I’ll get a full night soon.

Not much and what I did get was full of wake ups and vivid dreams. I was melting into a frozen lake.

I slept another 10ish hours last night but kept waking up as usual. I think it was easier to fall back asleep though because I didn't have kittens on the bed so I could toss and turn and I had podcasts going to listen to.

I woke up frequently and kept falling back into the same jumbled dream. It’s not a clear dream but again it took place at a huge mall. When the alarm went off I wasn’t ready to greet up. I stayed in bed trying to get back to sleep but couldn’t do so. Then Sir came to say his dishes were empty!

I didn’t sleep a wink last night- just tossed and turned and by 6 a.m. I decided to just stay up. Now I’m in the same position as last night but it’s only11:10 p.m. waiting for the Benadryl to kick in so I can stop itching hopefully get some rest.
