Should I/can I cancel my appointments today?

Supposed to do post IEA follow up with my (a? I heard mine's on vacation, my CM said she's not, I don't trust anyone more than anyone else because everyone's a fking dumbass (don't worry, I'm not grandiose and think I'm NOT an idiot) and don't know whether they shyt they "know" is true or not.

If it's the fill in, I despise her. I despise my CM too. I tried explaining this to the hospital social worker that my team is full of pieces of shyt who cause nothing but stress and I feel I'd get better help if I went to prison and shared a toilet with some moose that killed a dude in Alaska (I'm sure it's happened, I bet the moose wasn't charged, but it did charge ) than if I talked to Dr. Thinks-yelling-at-patients-will-treat-their-mania or case manager "you're doing so well, you ate three crackers this week, that's eating 3 out of 4 days so far! You slept two hours this week too? Sweet. You didn't even drink the entire fifth of vodka last night? You're gonna rock your voc rehab appointment today. (yeah, if I make it in one piece) You look so good (thanks, I call it the "hoodie and sweats on a 75F day to hide the anorexia and thousand bruises from inpatient mental health treatment that would probably trigger this building of domestic violence victims, tied together with a pony tail and hair clip so when I purge my hair doesn't get in the toilet vomit" look. You know, if you lose enough weight you can buy your bras in the little girls section at Walmart and save like a million dollars? The con is when they hold you down for the IM injections they are way more likely to hit bone and that hurts like a mofo. But yeah, living the fking dream. Didn't have nightmares or other rude awakenings last night (that happens when you don't sleep!) and I've been handling being alone okay (I have to because if I see someone and there is just a minuscule inflection in their tone a little different than when I feel they're genuinely friendly I might spend every dollar in my wallet on vodka right after because they know, and everybody knows, and most importantly I know I am not wanted here or anywhere, never was, never will be, and you saying "we care" is a bunch of bs because if you did you wouldn't have fking left me hanging a million fking times.)"
