Went for a haircut today. The woman who cut my hair gave me all of the gossip about a couple of coworkers she's not a huge fan of. Otherwise, all I did was go to Mass and hang out. No walk today. I'm trying to decide if I should take a few days off because my ankle has been bothering me. Because of some balance issues I have, my gate can be off on the walking pad so I think I might have irritated it (and, maybe, my knee). It's not swollen-just hurts on and off throughout the day.

My mood was decent today. It tends to dip a little bit in the evening, but so far the dips haven't been to bad.

Nah, it was just a joke. You know how the socks always go missing? It’s “sock gnomes “ so maybe you had a glasses gnome visit you.

I slept fine last night. I woke up with my stomach hurting but it was hurting a lot last night. I feel better now. I'm also
Possible trigger:
and I still can't get the nerve to even tell my therapist about this issue. I don't want to have to see a gynecolgist.

Overall I feel fine right now.

My landlord is gonna help me with getting a payee. I talked to her this morning. She said there’s a couple people in the building who use the same place she has in mind so she’s gonna call them and give them my number today.

That’s a relief

Fudge. I just got my stupid period! The day we leave for vacation! I've been feeling nauseous 🤢 for a few days, which I always do before and after my period, but I was hoping it would wait until AFTER we got back. I'm going to have to buy dramamine and midol before we leave. I'm already in excruciating pain and it's only going to get worse. I packed all my clothes last night and now I'm going to have to repack with period clothes (you know... baggy clothes, no skirts or leggings, nothing tight, I'm ALREADY bloated).

Being a woman sucks sometimes!

I found my glasses in the weirdest spot. Tucked underneath the bed on my husband's side against the wall. No idea how they could have possibly ended up there. They must have slipped back.

I actually got a straight, three and a half hours of sleep last night! It was amazing. I woke up so rested. I didn’t even need to take my second half of seroquel since I woke up at 5AM, which is when I usually wake up. I just usually wake up three times a night, minimum. My seroquel usually knocks me out for two - three hours max sadly.

@MuddyBoots

The gnomes who took my glasses had an awfully weird spot to deposit them! Lol.

Having a hard time these days feeling Ok-- I wake up and the first few hours are the worst. I oscillate throughout the whole day between OK and bad. I see my psychiatrist tomorrow. I don't know if I'll mention it or not.

Having a pretty good day today. I did wake up late and missed morning cartoons, but I decided to stay home and not go to the dreaded Walmart today, if I don't really need anything, I shouldn't go. I am glad your landlord agreed to be your payee @Blue_Bird I know you were really worried about that. So glad you found your glasses @raspberrytorte ! So sorry you're having a rough morning @Brentus - it's totally your decision if you want to tell your pdoc or not.

I am anxiously waiting a package from Etsy so I can go to the post office and send a Father's Day present to my guy. My heart is worried today because of all the riots in L.A. - I haven't spoken to him, but I really hope he doesn't go out today.

Just going to try and work today if I can, but I also have to do some deep cleaning before Pest Control comes tomorrow. I think it's messed up that I have to kill a whole day being here, but I really don't want them in my house when I'm not home.

Glad you found your glasses, @raspberrytorte, and @Blue_Bird I hope you can get your payee quickly and seamlessly.

You're gonna do an awesome job tomorrow, Hallie, you've worked hard and are going to do great

@raspberrytorte - I hope you have a great vacation!

@HALLIEBETH87 - I hope your pdoc can help you feel better

I'm doing well this morning. I slept 8.5 hr, so that was nice. @raspberrytorte - I could never feel rested with the amount of sleep you get! I took a walk, a bit shorter than normal because I got chased in by a thunderstorm. I was completely soaked by the time I got inside, so my shower was nice. Then, same old same old - read for 1.5 hr. and I painted a pudding dessert.

This afternoon, I am going to the dentist for a crown buildup and a filling. I really hate crown buildups, and this is a new dentist thanks to my dental insurance, so I hope he isn't too rough with it; some dentists have been absolutely awful at crowns. I definitely hope he offers nitrous because the last crown I had without nitrous was horrible.

I hope everyone has a wonderful day!

Doing good. Tomorrow I have that painting class I’m teaching from 9:30am till 11:30am. Then I have a volunteer shift with the rescue cats from 6pm till 8pm.

Had my meeting with my program manager which went well

I signed up for a NAMI event for June 28th. It’s an art event at an art studio, some kind of art class thing. Should be fun. It’s not far from here. I can take the bus part of the way then walk the rest of the way.

I feel a lot better now that they’re going to be helping me get a payee. It will be through the YMCA. There’s like a $25 or $40 fee per month to have a payee through them but it will be well worth it in the long run.

Other than that, Thursday I’ve got to go pick up some of my meds. Friday I have both an appointment with my psychiatrist and one with my therapist. And then at 7pm on Friday I have the movie theater to see the new How to Train Your Dragon.

The quarterly pest control inspection was this morning. It went well.

Spending the day reading and relaxing and enjoying watching shows

I did a quiz in that one part I got orange in for the test yesterday and got 100% so now Unit 6 is all purple (proficient or mastered) for me!

I have a meeting with my case manager in a bit, but I want to head out to the library for a little first. I wasn't feeling great this morning, cold and tired, but now just cold (but it is 65F and kinda misty out and I have my window open so kinda feel like I'm asking for it at this point).

Blue bird 🐦 good for speaking up for what you needed. Congratulations on getting a payee.

Raspberries sorry your monthly is visiting at such an inoperative time, but better now than in the middle of vacation!

Hallie, you will knock it out of the ballpark.

Me. I woke up very early but went back to bed and had the weirdest dreams. And my foot, the whole foot was cold and pins and needles. But I’m fine now. Need to do laundry. My pdoc appointment is tomorrow. Just a weird morning.

I went to immediate care because the UTI strip was still purple. The nurse was all like "what are your needles for are you a diabetic?" Then I had to give a urine sample and I went into the mens room and hurried up and prayed no one would come in and use the urinal.

The test wasnt very clear but she says I have all the symptoms so shes putting me on something.

After that I ran a couple errands without any anxiety but I was in pain. I'm home now lying down.

Yeah I've heard that too. I should get some. I like it a bit so I'd probably get the small bottles.

So glad you were able to figure that out @Blue_Bird ! I am glad you are having a good day @Blueberrybook - great little painting as always! @Nammu - I know sometimes it's hard to get going, I have had pins and needles before, especially when sitting long hours sometimes.

Still waiting on my package - sometimes they take a really long time. Work has still been very slow. Did a DoorDash order with Wendy's to try it out and ended up paying almost double for the food. It's so crazy.

Watching more Catfish right now and trying to work, even though there isn't much going on.

My mom bought Ariel two reversible cat scratcher cardboard pads! Her other two are worn out on both sides. They come tomorrow! I don’t think she knows she can scratch her new cat tree. It’s covered in carpet. So far she hasn’t even thought of scratching the new couch! 👍
