So my psychiatrist is lowering the trileptal a little more slowly. So down to 300mg a day for a couple weeks instead of stopping right away and then he’s gonna lower it again to 150mg for a couple weeks then after that I can come off it. and he is upping the Lamictal to 300 mg. I guess he wants the Lamictal up to 400mg so he said these changes will take a couple more months and then maybe we can start tapering off Thorazine but not until then

No one has an issue with me drinking soda. My therapist asked to see my collection and all my doctors know.

If all I can handle right now is a sprire or Coke, thats what I'll do.

My surgery was orginally over $50 thousand. But with my insurance I only owe $280. Yeah thats a big relief. Of course the finance office has already called asking for it

My stomach and appetite are a mess and all I'm able to drink is water and the only thing I can eat are rice crackers.

I'm looking slimmer at least

I got the walmart order fixed but I've been dealing with them all day through chat because they can't process orders or deliver things or scan barcodes correctly

I ate 2 of these Tate lemon cookies that were pretty bland buy they helped out my stomach quite a bit.

I didn't leave my house though. Not even to get the new Mountain Dew from Taco Bell.

At least I only got out of bed at 6:30am! What a relief. Days of not sleeping or waking up at 3:00am has left me exhausted!

I was “let go” today. They can’t afford to pay me and I can’t work the hours they need. It’s a mess. It’s my best friend who took his car back from me. I guess I basically rented it for $50/week. 6 months.

I heard one of the rescue dog parents reassuring his pet that just because she had a bad start in life didn't mean she would have a bad life. If only that were true for people. I had a bad start in life AND i had a bad life. I have nothing in common with my neighbors. One is between apartments and staying with another. He refers to himself as "homeless" while he sleeps in a million-dollar condo in the sky. They are privileged. They've never suffered. Why am i associating with them?

No I just have an effed up stomach. Rice and broth can upset my gastric issues. Its why this has been so debiltating because I don't know if it will be a good day or a day lying in bed with a bucket next to me.

I really hope this surgery works.

Seroquel, clonidine, unisom,Ativan AND Benadryl tonight AND HAVENT SLEPT 72+ hours ANF AM JUST REALLY FRIGGIN HORNY!!!!

Oh btw if you’re involuntarily committed you can get discharged early by threatening the other most abusive patient on the unit’s life, apologize to him and the staff, and tell staff you’re only getting worse there I guess (but half the unit will beg to leave too).

Really struggling tonight. When I got home from work, it's like the weight of what I had been distracted from all day hit and I shut down. I feel trapped in this mental health nightmare-like I'll never truly get relief from it.

I had some small but sweet interactions with a few students today so I will try to hold on to those to help keep me going over the weekend.

I’ve had a damn headache on and off since 1:00am this morning when I got up to take paracetamol. I think it’s from not sleeping properly this week.

I just had diarrhea twice. Sorry for the tmi. I woke up
with stomach pain and stuff. I got about 4.5 hours of sleep.
Its going to feel like 115 today so I'm hoping I don't get dehydraytd.
